As someone who spends an extensive amount of time on their phone I have found that sleeping has been an issue but this grounding sheet has made been an unexpected improvement. The size is nice it fits well and is a nice material so is comfortable to sleep on. I feel like I can wind down a lot quicker and am not as restless and I am actually staying asleep rather than waking up through the night. Honestly great purchase!

Since regularly using this grounding sheet I have had improved wellbeing. Via better sleep quality. General aches seems to have lessoned. The quality is great. Organic cotton with silver fibres make it comfortable to use.

Used for a week and felt 0 difference in anything that is claimed these grounding sheets help with. There’s no indication that the sheet is on and working you just got to trust it works because it’s plugged in.It’s a lovely idea something so simple can aid in so much. But in my opinion that’s all bs. Nothing has changed with my sleep or positive gains like it’s claimed. I think the promises of better sleep lower stress etc just lures in buyers (scam)..I’ve read good reviews but I honestly think it’s just a placebo effect. People wa ting to believe and get on their heads something is happening but really it’s not.. can’t wait to return mine

The mat itself is good and definitely aids a good nights sleep - Check sizing though before ordering. Mine didn’t tuck under the mattress. Would be good if there were additional ties to secure it on the bed.

Edit again - Another update, seller has given me a complete refund, even though I didn’t ask for one (I purchased these with the intent of modifying them). Amended the review back to five stars. Excellent customer service.Edit to add - I’ve ordered 4 of these now for family members. Every single one had zero continuity on the cable that connects between the plug and the sheet. (So that’s no electron flow before the resistor). This means none of the sheets have purchased would offer any grounding benefit, (but it may offer some EMF protection). To fix the cables I had to cut off the connector at both ends and attach / solder them directly in order to get continuity. About 5 minutes work per sheet. Still well worth the money imo, as more expensive brands cost hundreds of pounds, and once this is fixed they work amazing well. My son sleeps a solid 9 hours now, and he sleeps in.Original review…The 95k resistor impedes the flow of electrons, this is not a good thing, so you need to modify around that in order to get a good earth connection.I’m an electrical engineer by trade, and if there’s ever a live connection to your earth network electricity will always find the shortest path to earth, that means it will go to your earth ground spike and earthing tags on your pipe work, it will never travel through your bed sheets.I also tested the cable and got open circuit, it appears the solder on the button connection is very weak, I cut it off and re soldered it and now I get 6ohms through the wire. All combined with modifications to the plug to bypass the resistor I get 230ohms total from the wire in the sheet through to the earth pin in the plug. I think changing the wire out would lower that figure, and ideally you want as low of a resistance reading as possible, to ensure a decent ground connection and low electron flow impedance.As a comparator, we were give a more expensive ground sheet, (£170!) and that has a reading of 80ohms total, from the earth pin to the sheet wire.

Used this for some months now. Can't say it has made me feel any different at all. Easy to put on the mattress though and a good size.

The media could not be loaded. So the grounding sheet itself works great at any two points on the mat the multimeter will read a current, there is also a current between any point in the silver and the connection point. Where it goes wrong is theres no reading between the silver and the earthing point. Upon investigation which included cutting up the wire i found that the wire itself is very poor quality and even when i cut to short lengths of 10 cm i could not get a connection between one end of the wire to the other. I wont return as i cut it up to make this review i personally will solder a new wire to the old connections but yeah the wire atleast the one i got was very poor so hopefully the company sees this review and can replace them as that is the easiest component to replace.On the video you make think i had a bad connection for testing the wire but thats because i only had one hand free on the video, beforehand i tested it thoroughly including before cutting it up and there is for sure no current passing between the silver on the sheet to the grounding point that goes in the wall due to this faulty wire when i test one of my own wires at the same length there is.
