unklare Gebrauchsanleitung u. ohne Stethoskop

Poor. Wrongly descibed item.
It does not come with multiple cuffs and at 240plus SGD is very expensive. The box contents is only 1 (ONE) cuff for 'fit' person not the oversize typed. And it IS MADE IN CHINA AND MADE IN INDONESIA.BUT BOX PRINTED IN USA! AVOID IT.AND DO NOT BUY IT. Besides the seller overpiced the original.price is 70USD.BEWARE OF THE SELLER. DISHONEST!

Feels great, good fit and finish. Very accurate readings. Carrying case is very convenient.
This blood pressure cuff is a great and essential part of my kit. The carrying case is perfectly sized so it can fit into my shoulder bag. The pressure monitor also comes with a small clip on the back that makes it easy to attach to the cuff itself. This is very useful since you have hold the stethoscope in one hand and the pumping bulb in the other - the pressure monitor doesn't fall out. The monitor itself is very easy to read and extremely accurate (I checked using an electronic cuff that I have at home). The fit and finish of the item is very good - it certainly feels high quality in your hands. The cuff is an adult size and is easy to use and fits securely. Overall a great and essential item for any medical student or professional provider.

Great quality for the expense
I purchased this cuff as a replacement for a cheaper $25 Prestige Medical unit that kept falling apart. I decided to spend a little more to get better quality. Well, needless to say, you get what you pay for. This blood pressure cuff is very sturdy and extremely accurate. I never worry about the palm gauge coming off the cuff while under pressure (unlike the cheaper units out there where this would happen often), the gauge is easy to read, and my patients remark about its comfort. In fact, I find that the other medical assistants in the office prefer using this unit to their own. The only drawback was that it needed to be calibrated as soon as it came in. I understand that will happen, and it wasn't hard to bring it to my local hospital to have it done, and therefor not enough to effect my rating of it.I highly recommend spending a little more for a quality product such as this. I am very happy with it.

very pleased
I bought this item to replace the inaccurate automatic self-test unit I recently purchased. This meter is well made and solid, and the arm cuff is large enough for a guy who has larger upper arms. To those of you who monitor your blood pressure at home, don't waste your money on those automatic self-test units. Most of them are dangerously inaccurate and inconsistant. Buy a sphygmomanometer and a top of the line stethoscope, not one of the "student" models that have lousy acoustics (no matter what the reviews say). It takes a bit of patience and practice to learn how to use these devises but the readings will be very close to those of a medical professional. These more professional devises cost a bit more, but compared to what many things cost these days, they are a bargain because your life is at stake. This devise comes with few instructions (why I gave it only 4 stars rather than 5), but there are well-written step by step instructions online at WebMed.com. If you are using the meter by yourself, to wrap the cuff around your arm, just attach the correct end of the cuff to your arm with a piece of painter's tape and wrap the rest on top. The cuff only needs to be snug, not tight, and be sure to line up the stethoscope mark with the vein inside your elbow. Finally, I'd suggest buying any equipment like this directly from Amazon because they accept returns, rather than from some of their associates who don't.
