Something unexpected
You get ALOT of product, however I did find about 4 small bugs (looked like beetles) mixed in with the shea butter and i am only about 40% way through the package. I'm not sure if the bugs are due to a where this is being packaged or if this is due to how natural this is. Besides the bugs I've seen, the product is good and very moisturizing.

Packaging
I use this product to make whipped body shea butter. It's great of course. The only thing I dislike is the packaging. The way you have to cut it makes it impossible to wrap back up for storage.
