This timer has a really nice appearance. You may select your favorite brightness level, and the curved numeric display really  stand out.  Additionally, it uses standard, household batteries, saving you from having to fiddle with charging. Given that it includes an eco display setting option and shuts off after five seconds if not in use, I have to assume that the batteries will last a long time. To set a different time, just rotate the top of the timer until it reaches the desired time. Pressing the top down initiates the timer once the correct time has been set. It's helpful to know that once the timer is set, it cannot be changed, so you won't forget what time it is. You can long press the top until the time changes to zero in order to reset it back to that value. To stop the alarm from ringing after it goes off, push the top once. The timer returns to the initial duration that you set when it stops.

Once, after going through a short period of adjustment, the timer works, quickly and simply and the nunbers are easily read from 20 feet, or more, away.The price is quite reasonable and the timer has been very good. My earlier timer was the the Acu-rite timer by Kitchenaid and as given good service over last three years until debris gets worked into the edges around the buttons and switches. A litte more care on my part would likely have prevent the buttons from sticking. This time appears to have little opportunity to be being disabled in theis manner.So far, so good.

I purchased it thinking it would light up orange cap for a visual alarm, but it doesn't

This timer is great large bright clear numbers has countdown and count up timer - perfect for timing the sear on my steaks that I’m grilling 🙂

The media could not be loaded. Vintage Night Light? Where? Please show me, because I'm not seeing that feature.I got this because I'm a Remote Worker and need to track my time working and I need something that I can just tap to stop so I can walk around or do a chore and then tap to start where I left off when I return to the desk. Using the stopwatch on my phone is a no-go for me as 8 hours of a timer running every day is not something I want to do to my phone! Using a timer on the computer isn't really something I wanted either as I would have to get out of my working program to get to the timer in order to stop it for a time.This does make my work day better. It's easy enough to use. Since I'm only using the stopwatch feature, I simply just touch the top to wake it up, then touch the top again to start the timer counting up. I don't know about the other features because they aren't something I will use (countdown or alarms). I do like the size of the numbers. Unfortunately this only does 199 minutes so I will have to set it multiple times in order to make it through my day, which is not ideal... not the product's fault though.

I love this timer. I struggle to stay on tasks when cleaning my home, working on the computer, etc. I have this set up and I play little mind games with myself. Like clean the bathroom in 20 minutes or picking up the house for 15 minutes. It is simply amazing how much more efficient it has made me. I frequently become overwhelmed by tasks, but telling myself I just need to run the vacuum for 15 minutes, I set the timer for 15 and go to it. I stay on task. I feel so much better after I have completed that task, that I start a little game and do it for another chore. ...Next thing I know I have cleaned our entire first floor and I feel accomplished in my clean house.The timer is easy to use, once you read the directions. I like it so much more than those little cooking timers. I like the ability to see the countdown so clearly and the ability to adjust the loudness of the alarm. I do wish it was rechargeable, but I am using rechargeable batteries.I also use it during my morning workouts. I love watching those seconds count down.I recommend this to everyone. In a silly way it has changed my life. I am able to not only be more organized but also it is very empowering to stay on tasks and complete them. Good Luck!I recommend this to everyone.

What I like:I pretty much like everything about this timer. At first, I was silently grumbling about it, but those first impressions were quickly replaced with glee, once I realized that it does, in fact, remember my last timed countdown setting.The product has proven to be exactly what I needed for my job. My work requires routine check-ins at set intervals, so it's critical that I'm not late for the scheduled reporting throughout my shifts. Since the timer always remembers my most recent countdown setting, all I have to do is quick-press the top when the time runs out, then tap again and the same countdown parameter begins again. This is so much better than using the timers in my Android phone.The device has been designed with power-saving features so it won't eat batteries prematurely.It's small and portable, but is very easy to read with large digits and adjustable brightness and adjustable volume.What I don't like:I'd like it even more if they'd arbitrarily added some more weight to it for greater stability, but it's just a suggestion, as I'm totally satisfied with the product.I would certainly order this item again.

It takes a while to get the hang of using this timer. To reset it you have to press and hold. To set it, you have to turn. Once you’ve used it a few times, it gets easier. The design is unique and it makes for a nice conversational piece.
