Once this was working my whole family noticed that we not only could taste our water compared to tap water, but noticed how good our water tasted compared to other people's "filtered" water; even most bottled water!We love it!

I bought this at a stupid good price. In fact I bought several BECAUSE, despite being a current listing, you can't find their filters anywhere!!There support number you can find after digging, is useless. POSSIBLY will have filters but if you look at other reviews and I've been monitoring this for awhile, no availability. Basically a 1 and done.If you can buy the whole unit for less that a regular filter set, meh. But in general, would you trust you "healthy" drinking water to a company like this?! No, no is the only correct answer. Shame on them. Why not make the filters replaceable if you won't supply them?

The media could not be loaded. I LOVED . Water taste is good. Easy installation do his job. I don't used the faucet they comes with water filter I use mine owner 3 way faucet because I don't want compromise my countertop quartz .works great. But only thing I don't find replacement filters if someone one can help me with that gratefully.

perfect if they have replacement filters, but if not the money is so good for a one year lifespan

The install was simple and only took less than 1 hour for me. I live in an apartment, it's not easy to change to power outlet and under sink, so I simplify install it as counter top drink fountain! It's quick install with their video instruction, few connection done and now I have some good clean drinking water!!

This is my second unit where the filters are proprietary and the 2nd unit where you can't get replacement filters. The filters do boy last long and you can't buy them making this thing basically a disposable unit.

Product works great and is easy to install but I will likely have to purchase another unit when the filters go in this one.The product listing has 2 filter options, neither of which have a product page. As such, I reached out to COMFEE customer service and they were extremely unhelpful. I explained that the product pages didn't exist, and the service rep told me to do a search (gee thanks). When I again explained that I had already tried that, as well as manually navigating to the suggested ASINs, the rep told me to Google search for the model. Again.. I tried that, and it also doesn't work. If I search the unit model and "filters", or even the filter model themselves, my only returns are a bunch of shady third-party sites and random international Amazon pages.So in the end the CS was completely useless, did not direct me to the filters, did not explain how I could acquire filters, and if there aren't filters did not provide me with a timeline.With this in mind, you can only purchase this unit and expect to get the life cycle of ONE filter, which is 6-12 months.If this had available filters, or competent CS, I would rate it much higher because I like the size and effectiveness of the actual unit.Update 1 year later: System still working fine. Filters added to product page. Updating this review from a 1 to a 3 star for now.

Machine works great, and incredibly fast. But I can't figure out how to order replacement filters. Are they even available for this? I'll sure be pissed if they arnt
