I recently had a fall on a rainy day and injured my elbow from hitting the ground. The pain was really intense. To manage it, I alternated between icing and applying heat for several days. I found this heating pad to be very effective in reducing my discomfort. The material of the pad is very comfortable against the skin, even on areas that were badly scraped. I noticed the heat sensation immediately, and the pad maintained its temperature consistently.I really like the auto-off feature, which allows you to set a specific time for the pad to turn off in 15 minute increments, up to 90 minutes. It also comes with three temperature settings so you can choose the temperature setting that is best for your condition. You need to plug in the heating pad, but this was not a drawback because the cord is very long. You can also moisten the pad, but I have yet to try it with water.This heating pad is so much better than other heating methods like heating blankets or hot water bottles in providing targeted heat therapy. I really recommend it for anyone seeking relief from similar pains. It has really alleviated my elbow pain.

This elbow heating pad has gotten quite a workout with me. I have suffered from tendonitis and finally decided to get this heating pad that is specifically made for elbows. I have always found that trying to conform a flat, basic heating pad to an elbow is next to impossible. When I came across this I knew I had to have it! With the various heat and timer settings this really does everything for me. It is very comfortable and easy to operate. If you have elbow issues I can definitely recommend this product.
