Hot Water Magic to replace our old heater
We just put a this water heater in our church hall, and it's awesome! Now we have hot water from the tap within minutes.This small box fits under the sink where no one sees it - installation took a few hours.It heats water super fast and holds enough for washing hands and cleaning dishes - make sure you don't put it on max as the water gets very hot!

I am very happy with this ..I also used the pressure relief valve supplied..I’m not sure if you should also use a expansion vessel.. but seems like it’s getting nice n hot !
