Vervaco Blue Flowers Cross Stitch Cushion, Multi-Colour

I have begun this tapestry and as I cannot see well enough to work a small cross stitch now. It is really good ,pattern well seen and the yarn is good and colours really nice. A good purchase and simple to stitch and pretty

Beautiful colours and easy o use

Loved it, my 1st attempt at Cross-stitch. The large 5hpi meant relaxed stitching in front of tv. A simple design for 1st attempt, easy to see the different colours so no mistakes made. And colours match the Crocus cross-stitch, so will look good together in my lounge. At the moment it is up on the wall, I used adhesive tape attached to the surrounding masking tape. The masking tape has given a nice frame. Since then have moved on to using a cheap parcel tape for edging prior to stitching as it stays in place better.

looks nice now its made up but the yarn is acrylic and tends to become fluffy and frayed so had to use short lengths to sew. Not sure how well it will wear as I got covered in tiny shiny hair like filaments while I was sewing.

This was fun to see, supplied with plenty of wool to work the pattern.

I have done two of these cushions now and really enjoyed doing them. They are simple fo follow and the colours are vibrant.
