Bardland Sanding Sandpaper Flap Wheel Disc 60 Grit for Rotary Tools (40x25x6 60#)

I bought these to sand an awkward section of banister rail, but they're not suitable.The problem is they're way too stiff, and as a result they don't flex enough to put the abrasive surface against what you're sanding, only the outside edge makes contact, eve if you apply a lot of pressure.This is possibly due to the size rather than the way they're made - there's not a lot of sandpaper between the centre and the outside edge.

I've only gone and used one and as soon as I turned the dremel type tool on the shaft bent so not of good quality. Also the flap discs are pretty hard as the glue holding the sandpaper together is way up past halfway making it none flexible and dosnt work well in tight spaces.

These are very good wheels. I used these to strip paint and rust off old motorbikes.

Good flap wheels. Very useful when stripping rust from parts of the car.

Purchased for use with a dremel - does not fit. May be some use in a drill but not in a hand held rotary tool. The shaft is far too big.

Great for getting rust off my car chassis into small areas and removing paint. Each one lasts a long time.
