A hose worth trying
The media could not be loaded. I've been using this hose for about two months now, and recently I've come across some Q&A asking whether this hose will tangle. I thought about it and found the structure of this hose quite interesting, so I'd like to share my review: For the selling points listed about this hose, I will share my opinions one by one:1."Kink-Free". My personal experience is that as long as you understand the principle behind its non-kinking feature and use it correctly, it will not kink. Just like how using a lever or pulley can save effort, this is a physical manifestation. The hose has a rotating internal structure in the connector. If the hose tends to tangle, bend, twist or kink, the forces generated will drive the rotating internal structure within the connector, causing the hose to rotate itself and loose the area that is about to tangle, bend, twist or kink. Alternatively, you can just hold the nozzle or fitting and drag the hose to achieve the same effect. Almost all negative reviews mention kinking, but in reality, they have not tried using it and just assumed it would kink based on appearance. Of course, it's not their fault, as the hose looks like a large bundle, and it's normal to have such concerns. But once you've used it, you'll find it really works well.Note: If a knot has been tied in the hose, it will definitely need to be untied manually, and this is the same for any hose.2."Extremely Durable". I've used traditional rubber hoses, the expandable hoses that have become popular in recent years, and some metal hoses. If we compare, this hose is indeed more durable. Let's not even mention the expandable hoses, which, if you're unlucky, you might need to replace several times a year. I've consulted the seller, and they've upgraded the material formula of this hose from traditional hoses, thickened the tube, and conducted a "pressure test" in the laboratory for an entire month continuously, so they are very confident in the durability of this hose. So far, my experience is that it is indeed very sturdy, and I have not seen any negative reviews about quality. Therefore, the durability of this point is still worth looking forward to.3."Lightweight". This really depends on the hoses of comparison. If compared with traditional and metal hoses, there is no doubt that it is lightweight. However, compared with expandable hoses, it is by no means lightweight. This requirement is quite subjective, so it depends on the buyer's usage needs. In addition, whether it is convenient to store or not, my conclusion is that compared with expandable hoses, it is not convenient at all. Compared with non-expandable hoses, it's the same. But the seller said that after use, you can just leave it on the ground without tidying up. If that's true, then it's still very advantageous because if you don't tidy up, there's no issue with whether it's easy to store or not. In summary, I would say it's not lightweight, but it's acceptable.4."All Weather Use". To be honest, I don't know the significance of this selling point. If it's to emphasize that it can withstand the winter, then I won't evaluate it for now, as it's not winter yet. Many hoses on the market cannot withstand the winter. Basically, after winter, when you use them again, you'll find they can't be used anymore, especially the expandable hoses. However, traditional hoses perform better in this regard, so if this hose has been upgraded from traditional hose materials, then it should have no problem facing low temperatures. In addition, I would like to mention a few issues that the product itself did not mention, and I have also consulted the seller about these issues, which I hope will be helpful to everyone.1.Whether it is UV-resistant. This will directly affect the entire lifespan of the hose. I have consulted the seller, and the hose material has been added with UV-resistant components, so they dare to say that you can just throw it on the ground after use, and it will not age.2.Whether it is mold-resistant. This will also affect the entire lifespan of the hose, as no one wants to pick up a hose full of mold. I have consulted the seller, and the hose material has also been added with antibacterial components. As with the previous point, you can just throw it on the ground after use, and it will not grow mold.3.Whether there is an odor. Some hoses on the market have a rubber smell or the smell of raw materials. But at least the one I used doesn't have that, and I have consulted the seller, and the hose has also been added with components to neutralize the odor, so there won't be a strong smell when you open the box.4.Water pressure. This hose does not use the traditional 5/8 inner diameter but a slightly smaller 1/2 inner diameter. Of course, most hoses on the market should have an inner diameter of around 1/2, as hoses with a 5/8 inner diameter are more expensive and cumbersome. But I have carefully observed the inlet and outlet of this hose, and they are not much different from the inlets and outlets of hoses with a 5/8 inner diameter, so in summary, the water output of this hose will be smaller than that of a 5/8 inner diameter hose but larger than most hoses with a 1/2 inner diameter on the market, which can meet the normal use needs of most users. In addition, I would like to remind you that many hoses on the market that are labeled as having a 3/4 or 5/8 inner diameter are falsely advertised and may not even reach 1/2 in reality, and the outlet may even be smaller, especially the expandable hoses that are popular now. Due to functional and structural reasons, the inner diameter is made smaller, otherwise, they cannot expand.5.Whether it is drinkable. The seller suggests not to drink from it, not because the quality of the hose, but because it is uncertain whether the water source is clean or if there is any residual water left inside the hose when used. In addition, I would like to remind you that many hoses on the market that are labeled as drinkable are actually falsely advertised and may have lead exceeding the standard, and they cannot be used for drinking. To summarize:Durability 5 starsLightweight 4 starsManeuverability 4 starsSuggestions:1.If you are a patient person or a professional gardener who wants to buy a cost-effective hose, I think this hose is a good choice. It solves many functional problems, and the price is relatively low with a long service life.2.If you are a person with a fast pace of life and want to quickly take care of your garden, then you can buy an expanding hose. To be honest, it is really lightweight, and many people who have used it can't go back to other hoses, but be aware that the service life of expandable hoses is generally not long, and they often need to be replaced frequently.3.I don't particularly recommend traditional hoses and metal hoses, as their advantages are not obvious in comparison.

Just Right
Why did you pick this product vs others?:We need a 50 ft hose that is light weight but not fabric. I figure that the light color would reflect summer heat for the times it might be in the sun. The nozzle has some excellent choices for various outdoor needs.

Great for low flow, low pressure uses.
We use this hose for watering indoors. The 1/2" hose reduces flow but is perfect for watering indoor plants. The smaller diameter hose makes it much easier to roll up and store.I would not recommend this hose for a high flow, high pressure situation like a lawn sprinkler. But for one plant at a time the low flow doesn't really matter and the small size makes it much easier to tug around. Any 1/2" hose is going to limit flow and reduce pressure. This hose is easy to coil and store.

Great hose, disappointing noozle
I’ve had this hose for less than a year and the hose itself is fantastic—it never kinks and I really appreciate the spinning feature at the nozzle attachment, which makes it easy to maneuver. However, the nozzle is disappointing. I’ve only used it around 10 times, and this season, water started leaking—not from the connection point, but from where the parts of the nozzle itself join together.Overall, I’d still recommend it for the hose quality alone, but just know you’ll likely need to replace the nozzle sooner rather than later.

Hard to find a good hose. This is it
Having not bought a hose in a while, I was surprised by all the no-name hoses available and the poor reviews. This one had good reviews so I took a chance. It's super flexible, seems like it will last, and I really like that on both ends of the hose, the screw-on coupler rotates independently of the hose, which makes attaching it to faucets and attaching gadgets super easy. I didn't read carefully enough to see that it came with a sprinkler attachment. Already owned one that looks like it, but this one is even better as it has a "soak" setting, allowing you to lay it next to a tree or plant to let the water just soak in without washing away copious amounts of dirt or mulch. Oh, the rotating coupler I mentioned allows you to lay the attachment flat so that it can soak properly, or you can use the "shower" setting and water a small patch of freshly planted grass seeds. Normally, I had to fight with my old hose to get the sprinkler to end up at the angle I wanted. Not with this. Also, I feel the price was fair. Do yourself a favor and get the 100 foot version. The diameter of the hose isn't huge and it won't take up a lot of space. You may even be like me and wish it had just 10 extra feet of reach.

Works like a champ.
Updated review:Manufacturer reached out to me and offered a replacement hose. Great customer service.Have been using the new hose a month now and no issues. It sprays on its own without a nozzle 20+ ft.The hose seems very sturdy. It definitely doesn’t crimp like my other hoses do, but obviously if you have it tangled it can.Great for cleaning and watering. The hose end has extra hardware and that makes it more sturdy than the standard hose.It isn’t one of those stretchy hoses. It has visible multiple layers. For what we need I like this hose. I think it was a great purchase and at a much lower price than some others.I’d buy again.Previous Review.Sadly this sprung a leak the first week.Quite disappointed. 2 stars because it reached where I needed to and doesn’t seem to crimp as much as the other.

Great hose, cheap plastic nozzle
I purchased this hose/nozzle last year. I loved it so much that I purchased another one this year for the other side of my home. Was using the nozzle when the plastic thumb control cracked and broke. Now I need to purchase another nozzle. Still love the hose, not the sprayer.
