Great Quality!
These resistance bands are fantastic for at-home workouts! A little over a year ago, I started using the Madeline Moves app, and since I didn’t have much equipment aside from free weights, I bought these bands to add some variety. They’ve been in almost daily use ever since, and I’m loving them! The quality feels great — sturdy and reliable for all kinds of exercises. Quality product at good value
Received but haven’t used as of yet came with everything I need to get started doing some at home resistance training. Quality seems good, bag fits all of the items that come with the set. Great value for my money.

They’re okay for starters.
I lost a ton of weight and lack muscle and i’m dealing with a lot of health issues so i needed something to build muscle but didn’t require bending my back. I’m a weak girl, and these offer not a whole lot of resistance for what they’re labeled. *however*, i stack them and they offer a good challenge that way. 4 stars because they are kinda cheap and weak feeling, i don’t think the resistance pound labels are accurate; otherwise i like them.

One broke, the rest seem fine
The 10lb one broke/tore the first time I used it. The rest seem to be just fine. It’s convenient to wrap them up and put them in the bag when taking them somewhere. They’re a great addition to Pilates. Good for home work outs.
