Tastes just like a Hershey's cookies & cream chocolate bar. It's pretty sweet and could verge on cloyingly so for some people, but it works for me. There's a bit of an artificial sweetener flavor but you kind of get that in a cookies & cream chocolate bar anyway. It's skim milk based so it's not real heavy and thick like a lot of protein drinks - similar to the texture of a Yoo-Hoo. And 20g of protein with 90 calories is hard to beat. Price is pretty on-par for similar products. Probably going to keep these in my rotation.

I don’t write reviews very often, but these Spylt shakes are a hit in this house. The Cookies & Cream is the favorite, but we liked all of the flavors. The shakes are thinner in consistency than some of the ones we’ve had before, but we like that. No bad aftertaste. They are a bit pricey, but they’re caffeinated so still cheaper than going for a coffee. We will purchase again!

I was kind of skeptical trying these. But am sooooo glad that I did! Very convenient to grab and go on my way to work. The texture is very smooth and the taste….. AMAZING! I was sure there would be at least one flavor that wasn’t my favorite but they’re all delicious. I’m ordering my second variety pack and will definitely be keeping these stocked in my fridge.

These are delicious, low calorie, high in protein & have 60 mg of caffeine which I love since I love to intake caffeine but it’s not so much that I’ll go over board. I wish more stores carried this product. It’s very expensive but worth it for me.

I was looking for a good protien shake that didnt have the nasty protien taste. These definitely made the cut. I wasnt a huge fan of the vanilla one. I had high hopes for the peanut butter chocolate one too and it missed the mark. Both chocolate ones were amazing... tasted just like chocolate milk. The cookies and cream one was like drinking ice cream... so good. I am a huge strawberry milk fan and this one was legit. They are pricey but worth it for protien plus caffiene. It would cost me more to have a protien shake plus an energy drink. Bonus for being lactose free.

These taste so good. My favorite so far are the cookies and cream and the chocolate. The chocolate taste just like the yoo-hoos and the cookies and cream taste like the ice cream. And it’s definitely helped my craving for it. They definitely taste better cold.

Delicious and I like there isn't too much caffeine. So convenient for on the go or at home. And I use the vanilla or cookies and cream as creamer or add to ice cream for a milkshake.
