Don't buy
Worked great two or three times. Took it out this year and can't even get it to charge. I tried multiple outlets and leaving it plugged in several hours and nothing. Screen doesn't even give an error code. It was stored inside during the winter so was never left out in the cold. Waste of money for it to only work a couple times and now I'm outside the warranty.

Totally great - been the bomb for us
So I put off buying an electric pump for maybe 4 years, and was hardcore invested in near heart attack effort manual pumping process - generally I was able to take a board to 15 psi in 5 minutes. What a fool I was to put this off. Some folks leave reviews talking about ear splitting noise on different pumps, etc. and I just didn't want to be using some noisemaker in peaceful locations and annoying everyone, and figured the exercise was hard core and good for me. Don't be a fool. Buy a pump. I say buy this one, but it doesn't matter, buy a pump. But in reference to this pump:This one's been great for me. I've used it probably for the 30th-40th time now over the past 3 months, using it on 2 boards back to back a handful of times, 90% of the time using it for 15psi inflate and deflate. But the first time or two I used it, I was a bit half brained and didn't have the hoses fully seated so did a really extended stage pump but with limited resistance (I walked off and came back 30 minutes later). Generally, it is surprisingly fast to take my boards to 15 psi, and I have one that is 4 inch thick that of course goes real fast, but two other 10'6" 6 inch think boards go pretty fast too - generally about 5 minutes I think but I haven't timed. I did run somebody else's 18psi board for the first time yesterday, and it definitely took several more minutes to get to 18psi - I think probably 3 to 4 minutes just for the last 3-4 psi. It hasn't melted or demonstrated any increase in noise yet, so I think even now I have my moneys worth but I am encouraged to think it will hold up for a long time.I also like it because it is not nearly as noisy as I suspected, but I have also taken up the habit of inflating my board over the seats in the back of my ford transit passenger van so I can close the doors, then it is nearly silent. I'll usually start it, lock the car, and come back in 10 minutes because the pressure cut off seems rock solid. Finally, it is also compact enough that I can throw it inside any of my SUP bags easily. My biggest, and largely only complaint is hose flange design and case design and pinch hazards which definitely point out a lack of attention to exterior product design and usability. The hose end is flanged at the pump end, which is ideal for allowing good and easy attachment force, especially for weaker hands. But unfortunately, the case has flanged protrusions around the hose attachment, creating a terrible pinch hazard, and I've definitely taken a pinch a few times. Few things annoy me more than a good blood blister finger pinch. Definitely in the running right alongside a really good paper cut. Do better.

Dead battery after a few months
This is a great pump except that the battery stopped charging after 1 season and about 5 uses. If I wanted a plug in pump I could have bought one for $20 instead of paying $80 for this one to be cordless for a few months.

Awesome pump!
UPDATE: The company sent me a replacement pump for free and it is working perfectly. I'm hoping I just got one of a bad batch and this one holds up. This pump is awesome for my paddle board. I can set it up with the PSI I want and walk away to get other stuff ready while my board gets pumped up. Definitely recommend it!I loved this pump for the two months it worked, but now it is suddenly displaying the error 'EE5' and won't charge. I've seen that some people were able to contact the company and get this resolved but I cannot see a way to do that. Hoping they see this and reach out to me to make this right. At that point I'd leave a 5 star review because it really is an awesome unit when it works.Update: The company got back to me and is sending a new unit. If all goes well I'll be back to update this to a 5 star review, because the product when it works really is awesome.

Do NOT buy
Edit:The company reached out to me and sent me one that did not have this issue, raising to four stars for standing by the product, but keeping the original post for posterity.Like *many* others have stated it worked great until it didnt.Used it maybe 15-20 times then when I went to recharge it I got the EE5/EE4 error code on the display. What does this mean? No idea because there is no documentation *or* support.Seriously, spend a little extra and get something that will last...

Stops charging after a few uses. (Two different units)
It worked well for barely one season. Had the first one replaced after the first week and the replacement I received did not make it past the winter. I’d recommend a more reliable one.

UPDATED REVIEW - WAY EASIER TO PUMP PADDLE BOARDS! BUT THERE’S A CATCH!
Below is my original, glowing review…two months later and it’s a big disappointment! We took the pump with us on a family trip to Hawaii with our two paddle boards. We’ve used it for two days, and now on day three the unit won’t charge, and as pictured, won’t even power on…it showed two bars, and then I plugged it in and showed charging, but while in the bathroom my wife said, “Rick, it doesn’t look like this thing is charging.” I go check, and she’s absolutely right. Not only that, but the display now shows me nothing. I need a replacement, so my trip isn’t ruined 😡I can’t thank you enough for making this product lol …listen, the quality is great. Performs well. We charged my wife’s phone with it at the beach. Pumped some regular floaties with the included adjustable attachments, but more importantly it inflated my paddle board in about 3-4 mins and deflated it completely in close to the same time. It’s worth it!!! Read the instructions though before you try to use it lol
