I never much liked this engine in the Ford Edge my godson drives back and forth to school - it can be a bit iffy if not well maintained and it still needs a bit of babying and a good dose of luck. High miles can be a curse with these engines. BUT, these injectors helped a lot.Install isn't a DIY project for most people, but if you're experienced it's not that bad to remove the rails and everything else to get these into place. They do fit well and the gaskets fit tightly and seal beautifully. Injectors are working great and the engine has more power already. OBD readings are improved, particularly showing all cylinders within a few percentage points of each other on fuel trim, and that alone is a great sign.I like these injectors - they're well made and work beautifully.

So I got the code P0172 System too rich bank 1 right after I installed these injectors. I contacted them and they told me to first use injector cleaner or ultrasonic cleaning to remove carbon deposits. If that didn't help they would replace the defective injector(s). I used two bottles of injector cleaners and I even changed the purge valve. The code is still there. So I contacted them twice already and they just do not respond anymore.
