This thing works!!
We’ve had our electric kettle for several years, and it had built up a significant amount of calcium scale. I tried scrubbing it with a sponge, but that didn’t help. After using just one tablet, it now looks like new! I wish I had taken a before picture because the change is very impressive.

Fabulous!
Performed beyond my expectations! I had an electric kettle with very heavy build-up. I had tried vinegar, baking soda...and got no results. One treatment with this and my kettle looks brand new. It even got the stains off the water-level window. I am super pleased with the product!!!

Not that great
This product works okay, I had to use 3 tablet on my tea kettle, now the recommended dose is 1 tablet per 500ml. My kettle it is 1.7 liters. At first I used 2 but didn’t clean it all the way. You are supposed to have the water at 50F and let is sit for 30 minutes.The other thing is when I bought the tablets the first time around, it said 2 day free delivery but it never arrived. Amazon took my review down when I complained about their customer service that promised me to keep the item if it arrives and issue me a refund. Well the item was actually cancelled by Amazon after we called. We are the consumers and Amazon should acknowledge this. Customer it is always right.I pay for a membership to provide you honest reviews and not to take them down when is convenient to your organization!!

Works very well!
It took several iterations because the kettle had not been cleaned properly before, but the stainless steel inside is now as clean and shiny as new. I wanted to buy more but unfortunately the tablets are currently unavailable. Hopefully, they'll bring them back soon.
