I tried this because I have copd and with the first dose I could tell it dose work. I can tell my lungs open up and easier to breathe. However, the product doesn't tell you that your heart beat will race really fast like 115 per minute. Even if you are just sitting down doing nothing. Also I had an allergic reaction to it. Do be careful if you decide to take this. I also felt no pain in my foot for over 14 hours which is great. I hope this helps others.

I smoke, my mom smokes. Neither of us found this helpful. You do feel something coming down your chest though. I've been using it daily but haven't noticed any change.
