Great Intro to Trackball
Short Review: I've had absolutely no issues with this mouse; it exceeded my expectations as a product and virtually all of my quibbles with it come down to my own preferences, not the product itself. It's a great inexpensive trackball mouse to start with, in my experience.Longer Review: So I decided to get this mouse in order to see if a trackball might help alleviate some of the hand and wrist pain I get from using normal-style computer mice. I have ganglion cysts in both wrists as well as knuckle pain from hypermobility (not arthritis), so advice on what to use for arthritic hands doesn't always apply. I didn't want to splurge on a Kensington or similar just to find out it hurts worse for me than a normal mouse. I've tried a vertical mouse before, for example, and it increased my pain immediately. It's a bit clunky, and the plastic isn't the *highest* quality, but at $10 I can say that it has absolutely sold me on the concept. It's functional, it's smooth, and it's been very easy to clean the dust out (pop the ball out, use a cotton swab, pop the ball in). I've been using it for months now, and while originally I had to clear the dust out at least once a day, I don't think I've had to touch it in a week or more at this point--something changed from use, to my benefit. Your mileage may vary, of course.Personally, I don't love the positioning of the scroll wheel, as I have to bend my thumb in awkwardly or else completely move my hand in order to use it, but that's a personal taste matter. I also find the ball itself to stick out just a touch too far for my index finger to be fully comfortable. I'm honestly incredibly impressed with my first trackball mouse and am now very much looking forward to trying out some of the more expensive ones in order to find my One Mouse to Rule Them All.

Horrible Tracking & Basic Function
I've used alot of trackballs over my 20 years of gaming and office/CAD work on a trackball. This Nulea M511 is trash DO NOT BUY IT! Here's my issues:- Something odd is going on with the tracking/laser. It doesn't seem to pickup when you start moving the ball. Scrolling left to right and vise versa doesn't always yield the result you need on screen.- The switch for the left click has a snap (feels like a double click) when you depress it. Almost like it catches on the case.- The switch for the right click feels soft and flimsy like it will fail soon.- The scroll switch in the center is next to impossible to use, I have average hands and I have to move my hand completely off the ball and switches to just use the scroll.- Even for the $10 price point, I wouldn't own this... I'll use my press pad on my laptop before using this thing.

Works, but with some nuances.
Nicely made really. Has a good touch and feel to the general control surfaces and the trackball itself. Scroll wheel has a good soft but positive click to it, providing a nice amount of resistance for feedback without being annoying. Will see how the surface finish holds up over time, but has a nice matte finish that is pleasing to the touch without picking up fingerprints. What is annoying about this trackball?Diagonal movement.Attached to a M1 Mac Mini, I can’t seem to find any combination of the settings to help make moving in a diagonal direction work better.Simply said, if you quickly go to move diagonally- the trackball can’t keep up. You have to move straight up/down and then sideways to the desired spot. Or expect intermittent skipping and no movement.A shame because otherwise this would be a great value with a nice design. Will continue using, just have to learn how move it.

Left mouse key is in awkward position
This product is better than a regular mouse (the cybernetic equivalent of chopsticks), but the location of the left mouse button is not convenient so that it is a bit awkward to use.

I have to get used to because this is different from the previous one.
The trackball is super soft and slide fast so you have to control your movements but I'm happy with my purchase 😊

Disappointed.
Placement of buttons is weird and awkward, doesn't move steadily. Have tried cleaning ball, no help. Spend the extra $$ for a better quality product.

Buttons in the wrong place
I used a Logitech MarbleMouse for over ten years, and when they failed, I have gone thru several trackballs, Elcom pro was almost ok, Logi's have marble sized balls. They all have been frustratingly inadequate. This one would be wonderful, if only they had put the buttons in front of the ball instead of behind it.. I am constantly accidentally hitting RMB with my palm when scrolling around. The only thing going for it is that it's so inexpensive that when I smash this one into the desk, replacing it won't cost too much.

Stunner for the price point
The media could not be loaded. Read some negative reviews and was slightly sceptical and straight out of the box I'd agree with them .. However there is 100% a knack to using it and a few days in I'm very accurate with it . Issue seemed to be walking two or more fingers across the ball . It creates a hump pattern to the optical tracking. USE ONE FINGER!! This is a gem for the cost. Would recommend .

Perfetto per me utente mancino intensivo
The media could not be loaded.

¡100% recomendable!
