Perfect upgrade to Falcon gripshift
I'm upgrading my city ebike that came with Falcon gripshift. Shimano is certainly more reliable, and sure when you shift up and down. I would've loved a thumb shifter, but I don't have the right real estate for this ebike. Now, I have one extra speed to select, while the cockpit still look oem (but better).

Good economy hardware, look to YouTube for installation instructions
The media could not be loaded. Good economy replacement part.Bought these to fix up a cheap 20+ year old Walmart bike, where the shifters had fallen apart.Installation was simple, but adjusting things just right is tricky.The included leaflet only states that Shimano is going green, and one should be using the QR code to get the manual. The PDF download is a single page (less than the printed leaflet) and only states that one has to rotate the handles to shift the gears... no instructions on installation or adjustment. Go to YouTube for help. Subtracting a star for that.I would not buy this economy hardware for any good bike, but it was just right to keep this old bike going for a bit longer.

Switching gears
Item arrived on time and in good condition. Cant go wrong with Shimano replacement parts. I could have done it, But I had my local bike shop install these so it would be done correctly and quickly!
