literally lasted xmas day and boxing day what a load of crap

This was very easy to install, drill the wall and with the provided screws put it in place. Included in the box were bolts for concrete/brick walls and screws for wood. I fitted this on a brick wall. The punch ball/bag does need inflating as it arrived deflated but the box even had the valve and a small hand pump.Good range of height adjustment so can be used by us all, even my vertically challenged wife was able to use this.Suitable to punch away stress, get a bit of a sweat going and general fitness along with hand eye coordination.

This was bought for our son - who is an avid boxer.. it didn’t last more than 5 mins .. the screws came out of the wall within 1 use. It’s not fit for purpose and really disappointing. The actual bag itself is fine but the bolts are the problem and after a number of uses they become loose at the wall.

Paid£49.99 for this it is flimsy poor quality moves and rattles when using it screws keep falling out every few minutes when your using it. If it wasn’t screwed to the wall I would return it or bin it absolutely useless I had to give it 1 star and that’s being generous. Save your time and money don’t buy.

This comes well packaged and comes with instructions so I found it quite easy to install and build.It has a few moving parts such as the spring that needs to be tightned well.However the bag itself is responsive and great for training.I have used this almost every day for my boxing workouts and it has been amazing.

Nice little punch bag, for the price it’s good. Attached to the wall easily with the supplied screws and the spring which holds the ball is strong and sturdy and can take the force of a punch nicely.Comes with a small plastic hand pump to inflate the ball, very lightweight as it’s air inside and not the usual filling of a punch bag.Recommended if you want a small, indoor punch bag for a home gym or garage space. Wouldn’t install in the house however especially on dry wall as continues punching would cause damage I’d imagine.

First impressions are very good everything is easy to fix together the instruction manual is very comprehensive mainly graphics and the graphics are so easy to follow absolutely love itThe hardest part is the big fixings into the wall located in the correct height unfortunately this doesn't come any instructions so you need to have a little bit of a thinking this was the longest part for us to make sure that we had the right to train withReally impressed without everything slots together easy to connect and easy to fixI was very surprised with how easy the all blows up and how firm it gets impressive
