A VERY QUIET, VERY EFFICENT 110/120V 20A A/C system at 20 SEER!Before I begin, I promise that I have no connection to this company or vendor what so ever, nor am I receiving any compensation for my evaluation of this product! I am doing so because I am truly impressed with its ability to cool and save me money!This is an amazing unit and after using this exact system for a week, I can vouch for its ease of installation and efficient cooling abilities! 😎 I replaced a similar size window unit with this mini split system and it is providing twice the cooling as the removed unit. So much so that I was able to remove a second window unit in an adjacent room! Talk about power and money saving for the future!!!I plan on purchasing additional units for other sections of my home!This unit was VERY EASY to install for this DIY guy with a little bit of HVAC and Electrical knowledge and practcle experience!It's nothing that can't be easily learned and accomplished by the novice DIYer with good mechanical apptitude.There is a Lot of educational material regarding these needed skills on the internet and always fun when you can say you "Did it Yourself!"Some practicle tool knowledge, Home Construction Knowledge, and a small amount of Electrical and HVAC knowledge is all you need to accomish this instalation quite easily! It might sound like a lot to learn, but in reality, it really isn't!NOTE:Some areas may require you to obtain a construction permit before installation and may also require Electrical connections be inspected and entergized by a qualified and/or licensed electrician. PLEASE follow your local Requirements and Codes!The tool, Home Construction, and Electrical knowledge will help you avoid making safety mistakes and the HVAC knowledge Operational Mistakes!The Primary TOOL REQUIREMENT that the common DIYer may not have to accomplish this instalation properly is a vacuum pump and an HVAC Hose and Gauge Assembly (sometimes refered to as an Octopus), which is needed to properly evacuate the coolant supply and return lines. About a 15 minute process in the overall installation.Those two required tools can usually be purchased or even rented locally and without much expense!ATTENTIONI am neither a licensed contractor or electrician but merely a well educated Engineer with years of DIY experience as a personal enjoyment!PLEASE do your research about local laws and requirments before taking on the instalation task by yourself.The UNIT was delivered in 5 days from date of purchase, another WOW!The Manufacture Support System is also 5 Star as they quickly responded (Next Day) to my request to replace a shroud that was damaged during shipping. It was neither an operational nor Safety issue, merely cosmetic, and they quickly arranged for its replacement! Even offered to replace the entire unit (Shipping included) if I so desired!I just cannot say enough good things about this product or it's Manufacturer or Supplier! By far, my BEST online purchasing experience of 2022. Being as isolated as I am, I do a lot of online buying!

The 12000 btu unit was delivered as promised on time. Install was easy with no issues. One installed I became impressed with its heating ability and efficiency. I have been using to heat about 900sf in the fall months in Vermont. Have had no issues bringing the space to temperatures into the upper 70's. I have been checking my day to day power usage and have not seen hardly any difference. Very impressed with the power usage. So impressed I will be purchasing more to heat other areas of the home before winter.All that said the only thing that I could say that in negative in any way is that there was 2 very small dents in the outdoors unit from shipping. When I say small I mean very small. Not in any way noticeable by anyone one else when they have looked at the unit. Do not hesitate switching to heat pumps to heat your home. By far the most efficient way to heat and cool. The only thing about installing is you will need to purchase a vacuum pump. I bout one on Amazon for about $125 and was glad to make that investment over hiring a hvac tech that would have cost way more. This was an investment that will pay dividends as my plan is to install maybe 4 more of various sizes through the home. Last the cost of this particular unit was outstanding. I did the research and for its ratings this was the unit to purchase. Oh one more thing. I did not rate tech support as I had no need to ise them. Install was straight forward and flawless. Took me about 4 hours with building a platform.Making an edit to my review after months of use - After we went through some extreme temperatures here in Vermont last week I felt the need to add to my review. I installed a total of 4 units in my home this fall to save on fuel consumption due to the high costs. I have been very impressed overall. Last week the temperatures hit 31 below zero. The rovsun continued to run and blow heat. The other 3 I purchased were a different brand and all 3 shut down. Because of this I felt everyone buying this brand could use this information. 5+stars goes to Rovsun. Thank for a great product!

Outdoor condenser malfunctioning had HVAC tech come out and said it needs a new condensor pump messed up along with motor etc ! Bad part is you can't reach anyone with a number you email and just wait get a response and wait 24 hours again I will never buy again I recommend anyone to not risk it you will be frustrated you have to email them and wait 24 hours for each reply very annoying when u have no heat in these negative temperatures .

This is a great unit at a great price. Works good, is very quiet and is easy to install. You will need to use a vacuum pump on this as it is not 100% DIY. Also this uses the older 410a Freon that is being phased out. Maybe why the price was soo good. But it works very good and is very quiet inside and out, "Very Quiet" and has a larger air handler for better cooling, But If you do not have access to a vacuum pump? Try a model with "Pre-Charged" copper lines

I will start off by saying I do HVAC for a living so I have worked on a lot of different units. The Install was easy even if you never did it before. My package that had the condenser/outside coil was delivered somewhere else and customer service was amazing, quickly sent me a new one. The condenser was dented in a few spots but that was due to shipping as the package was smashed and ripped but that's not the sellers fault. The only complaint I have is that the inside coils make a strange noise like something metal hitting the fan blade but doesn't happen all the time but enough to bother my toddler well she sleeps. For that reason I give it a 4 out of 5. I would recommend this to anyone that wants an easy to install, budget multi zone mini split. The price is great and in my opinion the more expensive brand aren't worth it.

We were worried about purchasing this but rest assured, this has great quality, super low noise, awesome performance and fits in our space perfectly, also has a nice sleek look when installed
