Out of the four Air conditioners installed in the house this one is perhaps the most powerful one. Writing this review after use of one month. Though it was mentioned in the indoor unit that this is a Heavy Duty AC, but there is no mention of Heavy duty after unpacking of the same. But it cools the room very quickly if u switch on the ceiling fans along with the AC. This is my first Haier product. Hope it will give same results in future . Installation experience was nice and hassle free. The technician who installed is a competent one . Satisfied with performance,service, quality and also cooling. Thank u Haier.

To be very honest to be very honest I thought HAIER Ek bahut acchi Company hai but later I realise that this companies not to good in services and after I book this AC I face so many issues regarding the cooling and the features some features the company shows in the add that they are giving these features in that AC but actually after order the product but myself I got to know about that these are the fake productivity and fake marketing techniques so I am very unsatisfied with the services and the product quality this is really bad to to experience that much bad from the HAIER company.I booked a service but it's been 1 month no service man come to my home and only calling for review.There is no work done by them still excepting good reviews.They asked me a code when visiting for installation they told me that this code is a fulfillment code which required to mention by the agent which come over our house so that the service can be marked as completed but later I got to know about that that this code is the satisfaction code if you are satisfied with the installation and the services provided by the HAIER company so you can share the code to the agent so that you can show your experience which Shows how was the experience with your product and installation but they told me a lie

Looks quite nice and cooling is amazing for a room upto 160sq. Ft. Noise levels are very less, installation was done carefully. Performance is decent did not face any issue.

It has a great airflow and cools very fast. Overall good product

Purchased the unit almost a month back. The installation took place in couple of days of purchase. Technician suggested not to extend the tube beyond the 3 meters provided as it might lead tp condensation inside the room during long run. Satisfied with the installation. No complaints.About the unit, it cools the room where am sitting very fast. Right above parapet where direct sunlight falls but this ac does wonders.I am using the unit at 28 C with the room fan ON and i feel it sufficient.Night time even switches to L3 economy mode for power saving.Only drawback is the unit doesn't have horizontal swing. not sure if the model doesn't have or if the unit is faulty.Overall fully satisfied with the AC

The media could not be loaded. Honest Review :It's really Good AC but I don't think it's heavy duty as it's not written on the AC as per the display. The supersonic mode is not available and 20 meter air flow is in a packed corridor only , overall it's good AC. Hair mobile App is also good and well functions with AC. Giving 4 star as the product information and the actual is a bit different.

The Product is is good got a good discount as compared to stores for the same model and delivery and installation happened on the same day within 48 hrs of Purchase.
