Very comfy, Poor Packaging
The matress is absolutely amazing. Very comfortable and perfect. The packaging however is a problem it comes half folded from the centre which causes the matress to cause these bend in the middle which disturb when sleeping. Really annoyed by that. They should simply fold it lenth wise so these bends are not caused due to packaging

Too soft & sinks!
I bought Medium-Firm mattress type on 4th Jan’25 but found it to be very soft. The mattress sinks excessively which doesn’t relax the body..No extra cushion support on the side either & one can feel the springs on the sides with bare hands.Not worth the money. If you have back pains, look out for other brands.
