This is the first and only supplement that I can say is so convenient to take that you can essentially take it anywhere. I am always on the go so it’s really nice to have the creatine in capsules instead of powder. Plus they take less than a second to take. I always take it with my meals which I’ve noticed makes it easy to stay consistent. Definitely worth the price!
