Jonathan does a great job of both teaching you the how and why of doing something in React Native but also gives you a practical exercise to go ahead and try what you learn. This learn -> try -> verify process is critical to actually learning the material and this book does an excellent job in doing that!

This has being part of the toolkit used to learn react native, this book isnt to bad but some of its a bit of word salad and parts that go together arnt together in the book so can be a little confusing but over all not to bad,.
