I put this goal together myself in just an hour or so. It wouldn't have taken so long but the Allen wrench provided did not fit into all the screws, nor were the holes open for the bracing bracket screws to secure them to the base. Once we get the base gel I think it will be perfect for our 7 year old. The net is of poor quality but we found a Spalding one on Amazon for $2.99.

Brought this for my 9 year old son, he so love it, was not too hard to assemble and very sturdy when you add water to the base, great purchase , the price was not bad either , good outdoor fun for my child

We got this product for our five grandkids--ages 8 and below, none very tall. This goal sets up easily and is at about the 7 foot range but can go higher. A couple of small tools are provided to put the goal together. It will definitely tip if the base is not weighed down in some manner. We sit weights on the base so we can easily take those off and move the goal around our garage/driveway area. It feels fairly sturdy except for the backboard which is thick plastic. I think the base and the metal parts of the goal will last but the backboard may not. If you have stronger, rougher, bigger players then you may want to look for something more substantial--but this one is great for our purposes. It doesn't come with any basketballs. Because the backboard is plastic we bought some smaller $5 basketballs from Walmart. I think the hoop and net could take a standard basketball but maybe not the backboard (for very long). All in all, worth the price and we got what we paid for. Two of the grands already seem to enjoy it--well, except for the pouting when they miss a shot. If you're looking for a cheaper, more occasional play type of basketball goal then this one gets the job done.

The media could not be loaded. Got this for a gift for my boys, and what a great purchase it was!! Absolutely love this, it gets the kids outside!! This has lasted us SO long and even before i filled the bottom, it is very sturdy.It's been a great source of family bonding, and friendship making!10/10 recommend.

When the grand daughter expresses an interest in basketball, this is what grandpa said to buy! Grand daughter loves it and it’s been a great way for us to spend time together. Adjustable, so we can raise it as she improves and grows. Seems sturdy enough, as it’s been played with a lot since we got it. Easy to adjust. Assembled quickly and easily.

The backboard is pretty flimsy, but it is good enough for young learners to practice.

This is very affordable and sturdy. I read the reviews about the net falling apart so I bought a Spalding net for 6.00 and put that on instead.

I bought this hoop a few months back and it broke after a week. Screws were too small , pieces were missing just a mess 🤦🏽‍♀️. If you want to waste you’re hardworking money on some bull like this , go for it.
