Consistency is Key
Bought this Bacopa to help with mental clarity. I actually find when I remember to add it to my morning coffee or teas, I have much better focus and clarity throughout the day. When I forget to add it, my mind is foggy and unclear. However, as with all things, consistency is key to seeing results. I do like this product and recommend it.

Seems to be working
My son has been taking this since December. I can tell you i see a difference from last semester of no bacopa to this semester with the bacopa, his grades are a bit better. I'm not going to say 100% better but improvement definitely! He didn't like the taste, but we mix it in with like 2-4oz of juice and he's good. No teachers have emailed me about him being easily distracted which is always a concern for him. The price is decent and well definitely keep taking it. We're also going to add in some ashwagandha and hopefully it'll be the perfect combination!

Good Packaging, taste but not sure on the benefits. Not to say that it will not work for you, but did not notice any impact from this product.
