Great use for at home. Takes about 3 to 5 minutes for steam to heat up tent. I would recommend a small spa chair for inside and a light. Overall it works great.

No trae silla y no indica que la incluya, lo menciono porque otras si la traen aunque esas saunas son mucho más reducidas.Consejos: revisa las medidas para que determines en donde la colocarás, porque si la armas por ejemplo en tu sala y la quieres poner en una recámara o baño, esta grande para estarla moviendo, no pesada, un poco estorbosa.Como mencioné el espacio es bueno, yo mido 1.85 y tenía ya una silla, disfruté del sauna por 35 mins y Si sude bastante.No es una máquina de vapor profesional, si esperas la experiencia de estar como en un vapor hirviendo No lo es. En cambio si da el suficiente calor a través de un vapor suave que emula un sauna pero húmedo.La bandeja donde se calienta el agua es de 2.5 las suficientes para 1,5 hrs que es lo que yo la probé.Asegúrate de conectar bien las mangueras y cerrar bien la tapa de la bandeja donde hierve el agua, esto último no lo hice bien y tardaba en salir el vapor hasta que revisé y me di cuenta que no estaba bien cerrada.De preferencia usa agua tibia o caliente para que funcione más rápido, así en 5-7 mins ya te puedes meter, con agua fría si tarda 15 mins o más.1o la uso mi hijo por 40 mins y luego yo por 30, cuando terminamos aún tenía un 1/4 de agua.En general Si la recomiendo y si te tranquiliza y después de tomar un baño duermes como bebé!Espero les sirvan mis comentarios.

There are so many benefits to this Poolergetic Infrared Sauna Blanket - it's phenominal. I chose to get this sauna blanket because my husband has arthritis in his back so I was hoping that the heat would loosen up his back somewhat, which it did very well. Another plus is that saunas are known to helps eliminate calories from your body by causing you to sweat and to help to detoxify your body.The sauna blanket is large enough to fit an average sized person with no problem. If you're slightly larger, say 6'3 or 6'4 you will fit well. The blanket comes with 2 arm holes so that you can free your arms/hands to do other things such as reading, talking on phone, etc. Please note that the arm holders are very close together so if you have broad shoulders it won't be comfortable. My husband is 6'1 and 200 pounds and he was able to put his arms through the holes but it wasn't comfortable.After laying out the blanket you simply plug it in and turn it on. The blanket timer defaults to 30 minutes but you can adjust the time from 0-60. The temperature of the blanket can be adjusted as well from 95 degrees to a blistering 176 degrees. I would suggest that you wear something like a tshirt and sweat pants so that you don't get too warm and it will help with absorbing the sweat. I also placed a towel underneath my husband when he laid in it and that seems to make it more comfortable.After using the blanket it is important that you do NOT fold it up until it has cooled completely. They also suggest that you allow it to warm up for 5 minutes prior to using.Overall, it has worked very well and has made my husband feel a lot better. I plan on using it as well so that I can take advantage of it's healing properties.

I bought this and live in Australia. The outlet plug was NOT specified which was useless in Australia. To buy a transformer for it was going to cost double what the product was worth. To send it back it said $24-00 but I had to pay $112-00. Not impressed, AT ALL.The whole issue could of been avoided if specified in the selling of the item.

This doesn’t get hot enough to make you sweat. You just get wet from the steam. Currently trying to figure out how to make it hotter because it’s going to be a pain to ship back
