Chunk of the cover scratched off in three days of normal use
Annoying because it felt nice and premium and good for the price when I received it, but there's already a decent-sized bit of damage on it from normal use. No drops or anything that I can think of that would've caused it.

Returned as colour came off sides of case within a week of having it. Disappointing.
