good and easy to put up but if purchasing one get the longer one as it will have a better reception

Works well, but is not as described
This aerial works well in an attic, with a booster, ten miles from the Sandy transmitter, with only the insulated roof obstructing the signal. It would almost certainly not need the booster if it were roof-mounted. Signal strength and quality are 10/10 on standard Freeview channels, including C5 (a good indicator of an aerial's capability), but signal quality drops to 3 or 4 out of ten on Freeview HD. The picture, though, is still good.The advertising blurb states that it comes with cable pre-fitted...it doesn't. For me this meant wiring up the existing cable (not difficult, but fiddly).I ordered a TV at the same time, which arrived after two days (standard delivery). This aerial took a week. Sod's law!
