My husband and I are at an age where we really need to focus on strength training. I got this workout bench for my husband and I and we absolutely love it. We set this up downstairs in our in law unit and have plenty of opportunities to work out Properly with this bench.My husband uses suspense for lifting weights. It also has an incline to it, so that you can use it different ways such as doing a Roman chair set up and extensions.It’s a no way compact. This is a full scale workout bench. It is great quality and offers so many different versatile uses for doing bicep curls, situps presses, and my favorite, which are back in hip extensions.I highly recommend this, if you are at a certain age and are having difficulty weight or are beginning to lose muscle.Having the bench in the home is a great way to get your workout routine in. Highly recommend.

I am a little disappointed that the back on this only lays flat and doesn't go down more. Our old one did. Aside from that though, this has been nice and looks good in our gym area with everything else. So far it's been stable for me to use too.

The Stepwaver Weight Bench Press is a good bench! Assembly was straightforward, though the instructions were a bit unclear on the parts initially. Once you decipher the components, the assembly process is easy to follow, taking less than 20 minutes.One standout feature I wanted when purchasing this bench was its ability to be set in an inverted position, suitable for exercises like inverted bench press, crunches, and sit-ups. This workbench is truly solid equipment, featuring hard foam pads instead of the typical faux leather found in most benches.While it is a good bench overall, I do find the price to be a bit on the higher side. At this price point, you might be able to find branded benches with higher quality. With that in mind, I am giving this item a 3-star rating.

It came packaged wonderfully and assembly was easy.I've been using it for a few weeks now and it's super sturdy and even when I do silly things like reach to the side while sitting on it and it doesn't feel like it's going to fall over.This is going to get almost daily use for years to come!

I anticipated that this would be the classic weight bench, where you can place weights on the bar and lift with your legs to get a good leg workout. I ordered this "weight bench" for that reason. It turns out that this is not that type of weight bench.The leg bar is fixed on this, and there is no place to place any weights. The "leg-bar" cannot be lifted at all.The bar is actually meant for you to affix your feet under so you can do sit ups or crunches.The seat back can be adjusted to several different angles so you can lean back less or more to do your situps.I did not order this unit for doing situps, so I feel very misled about what this equipment does.You can also sit on this and lift free-weights if you want, but I could have just as easily accomplished that by setting a chair in my workout area, and lifted free-weights that way.The instructions to assemble this bench were not the best. There are two different sized bolts that are used in the assembly, and the instructions don't really specify what size bolt to use, so essentially you are playing the "which bolt fits" game. If you are intuitive and patient, assembly won't be too bad, but the instructions could have definitely been written in a manner that is less frustrating.This will probably just collect dust in my workout area. I am very disappointed and definitely do not recommend this item unless you are looking for something to help you do situps or crunches.

This is a really great work bench. It's nice and solid and it only took about 30 minutes to fully assemble it thanks to the clear and concise directions. It's a really solid piece of equipment and it's definitely made with quality metal. All of the metal is nice and solid. After we put it together, it didn't shake or it's not flimsy or anything of that nature.This brand of equipment is obviously a great brand. I'm really heavy on quality items before purchasing anything and zive always been that way. So, for anyone looking to add a nice solid and very sturdy piece of equipment to their workout collection. this one is the one to have for sure. I would rate it higher than a 5 out if 5 because of the quality alone.

Arrived super fast. It was easy to put together and has some weight to it so I don't see it falling apart or breaking anytime soon. Be mindful this is just a bench. There is no rack to put a barbell on and the foot and leg pieces are stationary. We knew that when ordering it so it wasn't a surprise. But if you are looking for a bench to do presses and be able to rest the bar, this is not the bench for you. Overall very happy with the bench.
