Schaum's Outline of Data Structures with Java, 2ed (Schaum's Outlines)

This book will fullfill the desire to learn the topics for both the self taught and a graduate programmer as well. It focus on the implementations of common data structures by establishing the foundations in the first three chapters then start with JFC on the fourth. There are plenty of solved examples to reinforce the material for a first time learner and refresher as well. The current Java collection framework is now updated with streams and lambdas but, this book does not cover latest JFC. However, the new features of JFC are not lightweight features so, better learn JFC using this book to give the chance for the brain to figure out the big picture behind JFC and its data structures then grab a copy of Java 8 in Action.

Great resource for studying.

I have always liked Schum's series book. This java book a lot of worked examples and make easier to understand java.
