I purchased this to print labels from my computer for the items I sell on Etsy. It was super easy once I had the correct setting on Etsy selected. I literally just had to plug the usb in, select the printer when my print screen showed up, and feed the paper through the slots. It is quiet and SUPER fast.

This printer label is amazing lightning fast to print my label, perfect color, style and good quality printer with include 10 extra label paper 4x6” and it connect to bluetooth or on the computer, easy setup and user friendly app. Thank you. A+++++++++++

This product is not worth the hassle. It said it was Bluetooth enabled and compatible with Mac and other devices. This was a selling point since we needed this to be accessible by multiple users with multiple device types. What was not apparent was that an app was needed for each user and one that was very poorly designed. After multiple confusingly written responses to emails explaining that the device did not work as promised, the company said we had to download another app. What it came down to is that the device was only Bluetooth enabled to use for their design app which did not work with our label designs and the other alternative was to print via USB which duplicated the other device we already have. Thanks to Amazon’s return window we have no recourse for satisfaction for this useless, poorly designed device and programming and we’re out the funds to find an appropriate device that suits our needs.

So I had the Munbyn thermal printer for 2 years before it stopped working on its own. I hope this one lasts longer. Setup wise I recommend this one over Munbyn hands down. Easy and quick to setup. The price is the same for both so I’d recommend getting this one over the other.I love that I can Bluetooth print which I couldn’t do with Munbyn. This one has a label design program that comes with it which is so easy and great for doing your own designs unlike Munbyn. As you can see I love this new printer and highly recommend it!

I needed a printer that didn’t take up a lot of room so this one is great. Small and easy to use, I love it.

The media could not be loaded. Very easy set up. Simple as download the app on your phone and you are ready to print. I have never set up a printer so easy ever before. It prints very dark, clearly, and legibly. I highly recommend this label printer.

Not sure to give it a review, as it didn't have all the power cord, but did download the app and it seems it's easy to make things on it. Not sure on print quality or speed since no power cord. It's small and light so that is a plus just sad we can't use it due to no cord.
