I bought this cushion to use in the car when on long trips due to discomfort in my spine & legs caused by Multiple Sclerosis. I was surprised how much more comfortable driving now is with this cushion compared to without. The foam feels softer than a lot of similar items I have tried and own, but it does not lose its shape etc when stand up.Not noticed any additional sweating to the posterior after a 3-4 hours drive in warm weather so obviously is breathable to some extent.Will definitely buy another if this one fails/wears out along the line.

Great purchase! I sit a lot at my work which caused me lower back pain. It helped me to relieve my pain as it’s very comfortable with ergonomic shape helping you sit in good position with less tension on your back! Happy with purchase I would defenestrate recommend !

Item is too small and inadequate for use, it has actually made my back worse for using it. Would not recommend for ergonomic coccyx support as it is far from it.

Size is small but quilty is good
