Very solid high quality filament, use this one very often, can not go wrong with it.
A very high quality filament that I use often. I usually pick this up in multiple rolls when on sale. It is great to have for stock for my small print farm. Prints well, looks great. Grey is one of all time standard colors that just prints amazing well and looks great. Very easy to add primer and paint after the fact. Great product, old standby. Used this in a statue made on 3d printer for my office.

Great filament at a great price
This is very good filament for everyday use. I have gone through multiple rolls and multiple materials/colors. All of them print great, and the wide range of available colors makes it easy to find one that works for you.If you do have any issues with color or print quality, their support is very helpful and tries hard to resolve the issue properly. Overall very happy with the company and product.

Defective roll - but happy ending.
Edit: 4/16/25 - I have to hand it to Elegoo support, they reached out to me on their own (I didn't message them) and offered to send me a replacement spool at no cost to me. I agreed and the new Matte black spool came. Same printer, same settings, and even the same print file in my Octoprint - and let me tell you it was way different this time - it worked. The matte black is lovely and does a great job at hiding the layer lines and making it look very high end/polished.Thank you Elegoo for giving me a chance to try your products again!First time purchasing Elegoo plastic filament. I have had lots of success with their resins for SLA printing, so they were a trustworthy brand. I needed some matte black PLA for some prints where I was trying to minimize the print line visibility without the need for sanding.I have no idea if I had a defective roll, but no matter what I did, I could not get the black matte PLA to melt. I started at the lower end of the temp on the roll (190) and was not able to get anything to come out. I upped it in 5-degree increments until I was at the high end of the temp showed on the roll. I went 10 degrees past that and stopped because I did not want to damage my hot-end.I automatically assumed I had some kind of hardware issue. Maybe my hot end was clogged or the thermistor in my Ender 5 Pro died. I could tell the stepper motor was advancing the filament because I could see the gears turning, but it was just grinding away the plastic, as it couldn't advance the filament because it would not melt.I swapped the hot ends (.4), swapped out the bowden tubing going into the hot end, and checked all sorts of things. After spending hours, I could not get this filament to MELT.Eventually, I swapped it out with another PLA and it had no issues. Swapped it back to the Elegoo matte PLA and couldn't print because it would not melt. This was my first time printing matte PLA, so I thought maybe this stuff is just extremely exotic and hard to print? I have no trouble printing ABS, but maybe this stuff is more hardcore? So, I did some searching and that was not the case. It should just print like any other PLA.I had ordered two rolls - so I opened the other roll, hoping maybe the first roll had some defect and the second roll would not print either. I ended up throwing both away.I purchased a matte black SUNLU roll, half expecting it to also not melt but it had no problems. This has made me nervous to buy Elegoo filament, possibly due to quality control issues. I was looking to buy transparent filament and they have the best price, but I can't bring myself to buy it. I already threw away $30 worth of filament. I don't want to throw away another $17. I have no problems recommending their resins, but I would be worried about buying filament again.

Color is beautiful
Great Print Quality and Awesome Matte FinishI’ve been using the ELEGOO Matte PLA and I’m really impressed with it. The print quality is super clean — no stringing, no clogging, and everything comes out looking sharp and detailed. What I love most is the matte finish. It gives the prints a smooth, professional look that really stands out, especially compared to regular shiny PLA. The color is rich and consistent too, which makes a big difference in the final result.Definitely one of my go-to filaments now. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for great quality and a nice finish right off the printer.

Very Happy
I normally roll with Polymaker but when I had some Easter projects needing pastels, I chose this multi-color pack mostly based on price. In the end, I ended up being really surprised with the quality also. The material was perfect out of the box and printed very well. Also, the cardboard spool is probably the best I've ever encountered. The edges of the spool are thicker than Polymaker and also sealed with something that's a little grippy also. Runs nice and clean in the Bambu AMS. Polymaker on left, Elegoo on right. Will look to this brand again!

Great Price For A Great Color Combo
This is a really good price and good value for the color combo that they provide in this kit. Always happy with Elegoo filaments and almost exclusively stick with Elegoo brand for all my 3d printer filament. Quality of prints always comes out really nice

Ok filament
More of a smooth satin than matte. Color has a pink hue like cantaloupe or salmon. It behaves more like pla+ kind of gummy, and not as good bed adhesion than regular pla. It seems strong and less brittle than regular pla. Likes to print hotter as well.
