Compré una Breville que llegó con el tanque dañado u la regresé. El tiempo de espera fue enorme y mejor decidí comprar otra máquina por que no puedo vivir sin mi café. Después de mucha investigación y de tener un rango de precio de $700 a $1000 DLLs decidí darle la oportunidad a mattinata.Primero que nada es de acero inoxidable y no de plástico. Segundo,viene con los accesorios necesarios y es compacta. Así que no me estresa visualmente en la cocina.Funciona divinamente y es práctica con su tanque para leche, de verdad que me ahorra frustraciones a la hora de hacer capuchino o latte por que sale perfecto. Los filtros vienen con su marca para una medida exacta y es fácil de limpiar.Después de unos días de uso ya no me.daba la espuma que al principio. Contacté al vendedor me dieron soporte y soluciones pero no funcionaron. E inmediatamente me enviaron una nueva. Su servicio al clie te es espectacular me dejó impresionada por que a comparación de Breville fue un dolor hacer la devolución y aparte espere más de un mes para terminar este proceso. Mattinata sobrepasó mis espectativas en su producto y servicio.Muy recomendable y son estrés.

First off this is a great beginner machine.With that being said.It make a great cup of espresso.The Milk steams is very effective, but far to limited in its range of motion.The interface is intuitive.You want a single you select single.You want a double, then select a double.It works its magic in 23 seconds, which is more than acceptable range for extraction.It heats up quickly.It extracts nicely.It is small, and compact a whole unit, a awesome unit for beginners.Couple issues.1) You can fiddle with the extraction times.If you are not careful you can mess up your extraction.2) Out of the box mine was creating very wet pucks, wet pucks means to much water, not enough pressurized steam. Made a mess out of my tamp box, and coffee station.3) The portafilter should have a dual extraction, and a bottomless porta when shipped.4) the Cup warmer is very cool, it does not get anywhere near the temperature of your extraction which creates a bitter shot when the extraction hits the cooler cup, and shocks it.It is a awesome machine and I absolutely love it, and definitely will get it as a gift for family and friends!

After 4 months of use the black coffee comes out cold and since it's been past 90 days they're only offering a partial refund for this item. If you look at all reviews for this item. The negative ones are right. But a different brand. Don't waist your time and money.

Muy bonita , de fácil uso, lo que es la leche sale perfecta caliente con espuma, los capuccino es un 10. Pero el café espresso , hay que calentar la cafetera por casi 5 min . Primero : esperar que caliente de forma regular y luego sacar mínimo dos espresso extra( solo con agua) para que caliente de verdad . Y aún así no hace la espuma suficiente y no sale un café fuerte, concentrado ni tan caliente.La terminé devolviendo por ese precio puedo encontrar un mejor café .

idk, wife likes it and kids me.... ahh same as others it's all on how you want your coffee done. bit it works pretty good on cappuccino etc. coffee comes out a bit warm not hot as i like. to me after trying many other machines it's too pricey for what other machines do the same.

We want to like this cappuccino maker, we just can't get the plastic taste out from our drinks. I've run vinegar through it many times, it just wont go away .. maybe in a few more months.. Very unfortunate. I message the manufacturer no response. Will keep trying.... Plastic is in both espresso only or milk frother.
