This Fast Asleep Supplement arrived well-sealed and contained 60 Capsules, with one Serving Size being 2 Capsules. The Capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad Aftertaste.The Supplement is mainly made from a Proprietary Blend, which consists of numerous Healthy Ingredients of unknown Amounts. Other than that, this Supplement has 10mg of Melatonin in it. Overall, this Supplement is a good and Healthy Sleep Aid but too expensive for a 30-Day Supply.

Didn’t work at all very disappointing

I usually just take 1 mg melatonin sublingual pills to help me sleep, but lately my sleep has been pretty bad so I tried these Phytage Labs pills. I recently started to monitor my sleep quality on my Apple Watch and saw that I'm only getting about 9 minutes of deep sleep, and about 20-30 minutes of REM sleep each night, averaging about 5 1/2 hours of sleep total. I wake up around 1 or 2 am to go the bathroom and often stay awake for the rest of the night, or just fall asleep for a few minutes after the alarm goes off.Anyway, after taking these before bed, I went to sleep pretty quickly. I still woke up to to use the bathroom, but I was able to go right back to sleep. My husband's alarm didn't wake me up at 4 am, and I was able to sleep until 6:30 am. I got almost an hour of deep sleep, and 50 minutes of REM sleep. In total, 7 1/2 hours of good, solid sleep. That's a big improvement for me! Th pills also didn't make me feel groggy when I woke up.I'll take this for a while just to get back into a healthy routine. I definitely recommend this product!

I'm not sure what component is responsible (or, to be fair, if this is just a coincidence), but I had the absolute worst night's sleep of my life after my first night trying this. It did seem to make me sleepy 20-30 minutes after taking them, but the sleep that followed was fitful and restless and plagued with fragmentary nonsensical dream snippets. When I finally crawled out of bed in the morning it was with a splitting headache and exhaustion that was worse than if I had just stayed up all night. I ended up sleeping through most of the day today and still feel headachy and wiped out. Different products work differently for different people, so your results may vary, but I certainly wouldn't risk it.

My husband has difficulty falling asleep and always relies on some kind of sleep aid. He tried these and found they were comparable to others he's tried. Nothing seems to really knock him out, but he is able to rest a little more soundly.

I only took 1 capsule because 10mg of melatonin is actually quite a lot for one dose and I didn't want to get too knocked out. But these had no effect for me and I did not sleep well at all. I woke up multiple times, more than usual. I feel rested enough, but I definitely didn't notice a positive effect from these and if anything, a negative one. I've had much better sleep from OTC melatonin drops and sprays. Why these are 70 bucks is beyond me, that's 5x more than they should be compared to similar products that are readily available. If they worked like magic I guess they'd be worth it, but they don't.

This supplement has been so helpful to me recently! Every time I take it, I am able to get to sleep within 30 minutes when it would normally take me 2 hours to fall asleep. I take it on days I know I need to wake up early for work, and I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, no groggy morning feeling. The pills are slightly larger than normal pills and don't have any bad aftertase. I am glad I have this product for nights I know I need to get to bed fast!
