I tried this vacuum for the first time today. It was easy to setup and use. I have only used the remote and dry vacuum feature so far. The bin was full when I emptied it after it went around my first floor. It picked up dust, dirt and dog hair. I’m very happy with my purchase. This will keep my floors cleaner between when I vacuum. One of my dogs sheds year round, so I’m excited to have help. The vacuum was able to make it over the thresholds between rooms and area rugs. It also fit under my end tables and cabinets.I forgot to make a comment but another review. The reviewer mentioned that the vacuum doesn’t return to the charger. I have read the directions and have found that it will return to the charger if you use the Auto cleaning option. You need to press the middle button at the top of the remote. This somehow works perfectly for me even though it doesn’t use the area markers like a Roomba. I’m not sure how but it works, even after it seems like it is stuck under the dining room table.

This does a good job keeping up with pet hair, dust, etc on a level with mostly hard floors.Good:* Easy to maintain: dump the dust bin, fill the water, replace filters, etc* Found plenty of replacement parts for the items that wear, such as the filters, brushes, and mop* App makes it easy to schedule flexible cleaning periods* Random mode does a good job at coverage* "Mop" does a good job cleaning dust off the floorBad* About a 70% success rate getting back to charger/base. Appears to need a line of sight to find it, and its search heuristic is easily defeated.* No room mapping capability* Gets stuck in odd places. Once found it stuck under a chair, completely unable to figure out how to get out. Not the brightest bot - hence the name "Lennie"* App and manual are your low quality, low effort affairs, typical for this class of appliance.That may seem like a lot of negative points, but the bottom line is - my floors looks great.

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love this product! It helps me tremendously, by saving time, picking up all that pet hair (we have cats & dogs) and sweeps and mops at the same time for me! I love that I can sit back drink my coffee or read a book as it goes, also having the ability to use the app or the remote to help if it gets stuck or I want it to go over another area is wonderful. I would highly recommend this product as a must for anyone with little kids or pets! It used to take me a while to sweep and mop every single day, which I did because of my pets or the pet hair got out of control, and now like I said I can sit back take a break or do something else while this goes.Every now and then it can get stuck under a piece of furniture or pull a cord it never really wraps the cords up but it can pull them and it cuts itself off, so I do like that feature. I do not run it unless I'm home and can keep an eye on it. That's just my personal preference. I thought it was a really good deal I bought it when it was on a major sale and I actually bought this because my 14-year-old said mom you need this and sent me the link. Lol I almost didn't get it and I went ahead and got it for myself for a birthday gift. I am so glad I did!It's super easy to clean every time I use it I dump the dustbin out, I actually dumped the little dustbin out for each new area / room that I put it in. After dumping out the dustbin you wash out the dustbin and the filter you dump the water that's left over in the reservoir and you set them out of dry you pull the little pad off the bottom and you can wash it in the sink or throw it in the washer, you can order extras of these and once all that dries you can use it again the next day. I'm sure you could wait in between if you want to use it for a couple days before washing it but it does recommend with each use to do this and I find it's very quick and easy. You can also hit a button so it will return itself home. Where it will get on the base and begin to charge. The charge lasts very well I usually do a pretty good size living room dining room kitchen hallway and bathroom all at once and the battery never dies. If you're on the fence about it just go ahead and get it!

This vacuum is amazing! The battery life is great, it gets all of our dust and it mops. No streaks are left in the floor!

I was so excited to get this little gadget as I have four dogs. So disappointed! As shown in the picture, the mopping pad (which is thin and flimsy) comes detached a bit at the top, which may be part of the reason for the wide dry area (in the other picture). You have to wash the mopping pad every few minutes so it’s not just dragging dirty water. I found that even after I washed the mopping pad and reattached it again, it didn’t even fully clean dirty paw prints and I had dirty streaks on the floor. It also gets stuck in areas that are, ironically, low to no traffic areas and on floor seams. I have a roomba vacuum I got a while ago that never had problems getting stuck…So, in sum, you have to babysit it and it sucks at mopping.
