This is far better made and of much higher quality than the original cable that shipped with my iPad.The cable is really thick which means it's a little stiff but it's confidence inspiring.Both plugs are very good quality and with cheaper cables this tends to be a weakness.Wish I'd bought one of these years ago.

I needed a longer charge cable and purchased this. It is very good and charges quickly for the length it is.Had to ask for a replacement as the first one just didn’t work. JuicEbitz were extremely helpful and suggested things to try. When this didn’t work they sent a replacement with no problems.Very good.

Bought for my mums old iPad 2 which is still reliable and going strong! Needed the extra long length without effecting charging performance and she’s very pleased with it. Her last one wore out cos she stretched it. Highly recommend

I previously left a really good review on here, I had to delete it sadly. JuiceBitz customer service is really good. It's just a shame this product isn't.. The first cable I bought, I accidentally damaged soon after it arrived, the iPad slipped off the bed and fell on the connector pin, and it bent the metal bit that slides into the port, wouldn't charge after that, you had to hold it in place for it to charge. The company were kind enough to replace it with a second one, free of charge and it worked initially, but then for some reason it just stopped working at all... They replaced it yet again with a third one.. (Thank you again). But sadly it also became loose in the port and the weight of the cable was pulling it out of the port. It just wouldn't stay in and charge it. So I've had to throw them all away, and ordered a two pack of JETech cables that snapped firmly into the port straight away. No issues at all.My three stars is for the customer service, otherwise I'd have given them one for the cables.To JuiceBitz, I feel the issue with these cables is weight and thickness of these cables, it's pulling (especially on the third one) the connecting pin out of the port.. It's just too heavy! Whereas the new cable I bought the plastic wire is very light and it's not pulling the pin out of the iPad. Also the connector pin is tight into the port.
