Mediocre band replacement, with mediocre instructions
This Fitbit Charge replacement band came quickly, and I was able to install my old Fitbit electronics into the new band with little difficulty. However, there are some caveats:1. The provided printed instructions are very hard to read.2. The provided youtube link points to a video that shows an installation taken from a point of view where the technicians hands obscure what is actually happening. So that's not very useful.3. The printed instructions show a technician peeling the NFC film off of the old band using their fingers. This is not possible, unless you have very long fingernails. Tweezers may be necessary.4. The band is not made of the same material as the original Fitbit band, and is considerably less supple.Apart from these issues, I am glad to have a functional Fitbit, so I am satisfied with this purchase.

Great replacement band for fitbit charge
I love that I can switch my band out and it's a great quality. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the instructions are really unclear. Also you have to be really careful with the button on the side when removing the plastic casing.

Improve the instructions! Tiny screwdriver was a nice bonus.
I am pretty handy when it comes to installing or fixing things.....this was incredibly difficult. The directions were microscopic and incomplete. Steps must have been skipped. Because of the difficulty in removing the old band (which is allegedly explained in the directions), my Fitbit broke. I like the band, and if I had already had JUST the watch part by itself to install into this band, it would have been a wonderful purchase. Please, improve your directions!

Make sure you can remove the screws in your old band
This is a great idea but did not work for me...I couldn't get the tiny tiny screws in my Fitbit Charge to come out...therefore I could not use the replacement band...will just have to continue "repairing" the original band until it falls apart and then buy a new Fitbit...

A good replacement
I bought this for my mom to replace her broken band. It took her a little bit to get the band on, but it's held up really well. She loves the color!

Save your screws
This was good, except for the fact that I wasn't able to use all the previous screws. This product did not come with extra screws and I'm a little frustrated. The charge HR I had purchased from another vendor came with screws.

Garbage screwdriver
Great replacement band but the screw driver is GARBAGE!! Had to find on for myself it stripped on the first screw
