Q: Is this gluten free and msg free? It doesnt show ingredients

I do not think so - according to google. But, I did notice that they sell this in gluten-free and also with no MSG. However, I do not have time to try to figure out if either one of those products on Amazon are both in 1 product. Maybe ask the seller.

Q: What is the expiration date?

I didn't see an expiration date on my cans. As salty as this stuff is It certainly should keep for months if not years.

Q: What are the ingredients?

From the pkg: salt, dehydrated vegetables(carrot, parsnip, onion, celery, parsley leaves) MSG, sugar, cornstarch, black pepper, nutmeg, garlic, disodium inosate, riboflavin(colour). That's the exact order of listing. it is a product of Croatia. I've been using it for 15+ yrs in soups, mashed potatoes, vegie dishes and would be hard pressed to give it up.
