It works! It's as described!
I bought this lock to go on my 1977 Dodge Sportsman RV entry door. For the most part, it was easy to install and fits perfectly. However, I did run into some minor issues when installing it. I had to use a drill bit to drill holes into the door to screw the screws in (for the inside lock). It's a fiberglass door so it wasn't hard to drill the holes once I found the right size drill bit.Now, when it comes to the app...it took me a while to figure out that you can only connect or (setup) the lock to your phone by via the app only and once the location is on (duhhh). After the setup is complete, the location doesn't need to be on for you to use the app to lock or unlock the door (make sure you choose the right direction for how you open your door-this determines how the lock opens and closes-I choose the wrong direction and the app controls were locking and unlocking it in reverse).Furthermore, the app does run a little slow at first, but I did notice when I used it the next day to lock the door, it was rather responsive so maybe it just takes a little while to adjust to your phone's bluetooth or network connection (idk).Lastly, the key fobs and fingerprint methods don't work as expected...maybe this is user error as well. I'll attempt to figure this out later. As long as the app works and I have the actually keys...I'm content with using these methods.By and large, I give this smart lock 5 stars (for now)!

Very convenient!
The media could not be loaded. I love this smart lock so much! It has 5 ways to unlock, fingerprint, passcode, apps, and it even comes with 2 IC card, it’s very thoughtful for your relatives visitors! It also has real key to unlock when it is out of battery! No more bunches of keys with you and no worries about lock yourself out any more! Our whole family loves it!

Does not come with a door close sensor, or built in wifi
No information on what sort of Gateway to buy to use the lock over Wifi rather than Bluetooth.Autolock gets engaged even when the door is open, as there is no built in sensor. Is there a third party sensor that's compatible? No idea...

Excellent product, I have installed both month ago working perfect, finally my kids can go into the house without the problem they oftenly lost the keys, problem solved with this system.
