I did extensive research into buying a portable washer. I'm a single person so I don't generate a lot of wash in a week. My apartment building has an onsite laundry but the expensive often broken machines are not acceptable to me.I wanted a machine that could handle my full size blanket. This one does. It looks small when you open the box but then you start putting stuff in it and you're amazed at what fits. Additionally, my clothes are so much cleaner than the laundromat washers got them. I was skeptical of the need for the spin dry setting but it really does make a difference when your handing up your wash.I bought one of the appliance dollies which makes moving it around even easier than the handles. If it's not full, I can easily lift the machine but why? The dolly was cheap and completely worth it. Also, they include an adaptor that I didn't need. I tried my kitchen faucet but the bathroom sink was much better. The pump works great when draining.My only complaints: The instructions are confusing. I basically figured out how to run it by pushing buttons. I wasn't even sure that it would auto shutoff the water, etc. Additionally, finding the correct setup for the drain hose is challenging. I did flood the bathroom floor because I didn't watch it. I ended up having the hose discharge into my bathroom sink but I have to weigh it down so that the force of the water being drained doesn't cause the hose to pop out of the sink. I'm considering buying an extension so I can run it to the tub since it's close. Draining is a work in progress but still I'm TOTALLY happy I bought this little beauty.

So this arrived damaged on the outside I contacted the seller they offered me a small refund to not ship it back to them Which I still paid $150 more for it after small refund for it being damaged on outsideI did a load of laundry today went into another room and the whole spin cycle released the water on my floorI'm running around grabbing towel after towel this was hooked up in my kitchenThe last few washes had some dripping water under neath so put a kitchen towel downToday a full load of water went out underneathCleaned this up checked underneath cannot figure out why this is releasing all the water under instead of thru hosesThen comes the smell like burning plasticThey knew this was a bad machine when I emailed them about outside plastic damage they said was purely cosmetic please don't ship it back will discount you some money to keep itYet I paid thru affirm and down payment which was enough to be pissed off consumerTowels in pictures of me cleaning up all the water flowing out the bottomNo hoses seems to have holes plus the burning smell says defect

I am in love with my washing machine. So easy to use in my tiny apartment. I did have a issue with connecting it to the sink without it sealing completely. There was water coming out of the top. I tried all tge ways as it gives you a few ways to connect. So I went to lowes and they helped me find the right way to do it and now it is great. The drying part doesn't actually dry all the way so I still got a small dryer. It is great I do not have to tote my clithes anymore. Except large blankets. Which I am fine with.

** I’m only giving 4 stars because of the customer service**So I purchased this machine and not even a week old it begins to leak water from the bottom. I turned it on its side the drain hose detached okay that’s an easy fix right. Ordered a drain hose everything was fine. But there was still a little leaking turned it over again hose still snugged no leak there. I have no idea where the leak came from.The seller was ver apologetic and stayed in communication with me. This made me feel at ease. They wanted to replace my washing machine but I had already purchased another from a different brand and a much much larger machine. At the end of it all I tossed the machine and they refunded me to my original payment method.

Very pleased with this washing machine! It is small but allows me to keep up with our laundry throughout the week (there’s only two of us) and avoid going to the laundromat. I can wash towels, and queen size sheets with no problem. Blankets are definitely too big. The machine gets the clothes very clean and spins them dry really well.

I love it. I have very limited space would never be able to have a full size machine fit in my kitchen. Not only is it compact but it really works well. For two empty nesters it was exactly what we needed and we are saving on our water bill.

About a week after the return window closed, the drum stopped spinning. Support is taking too long to respond, and either not receiving or willing to receive my message about the issue. Pass on this one. It's also smaller than 2.4cu ft I had another Amazon typical style no name brand that was 2.4 cu ft and it was bigger somehow and that one the controls stopped working. That "brand" was COMFEE. A 2.4 ivory white model. I guess you should be willing to spend only what you're willing to lose with Amazon products named by random goofy assortment of about 6 to 9-letters all caps. <-- if it looks like that, probably don't buy it. FAMREE, YAHEETECH, CISSLOR, and PLUSSEN, to name a few. All red flag names. Some are doing it in lower case such as Sweetcrispy, Nictemaw, Diniwell, and Bracoo.

refundedsupport was awesome...better than expected...just a shame product wasn't as good as the customer service.
