Works well
Works great. Get 600mbps read from Synology NAS 10G Ethernet SMP+ to PC connected via 10G fiber. Very happy. Doesn't impact my 2.5G Ethernet + SMP switch which is connected via 10G SMP+ fiber to Mokerlink 10G switch.

Good for the price!
Works well with my home network. I have my main computer, 2 servers, 2 TVs, and my partners computer all attached to it.

Did not work with my cable modem
No matter what cables I used, for some reason this device refused to share my Internet connection amongst devices plugged in. They could all see they're on a local network, but the Internet never got passed through. Given that it's an unmanaged switch there's not much troubleshooting left to do, there's no settings to configure. Returning for a refund.

High speed, but commands are different
This device is verry high speed and works fantastic. But if you are used to cisco, you will be surprised by the command and their differences, but there is a guide avalible online to help. The only downside is low speed devices do not work whatsoever. The minimum device speed is 1000mbps. Which is good for most computers and devices. But I have some WAP's and smart TV devices that only work with a max of 100mbps, causing no connection to the switch.Because of the speed issue I had to buy a second smaller switch, that was capable of handling slower speeds aswell as higher ones. Background on speed issue:I tried multiple different sfp modules, cables, and configurations. Even though the switch states it is capable of 100mbps I cannot get it to work at all for TP connections. I am unsure about fiber, but who useses slower speeds for fiber anyways.

Great value
This switch is working great as my core switch. I have Cat6 in my house. I have two of those drops at 10 GbE, one at 2.5 GbE, and the rest at 1 GbE. All are working great. I’m not sure you can find another 10GBaseT switch with 8 ports at this price point. I’ve already recommended it to a colleague.

Not passing VLANs is a bummer
It strips VLANs for whatever reason. Being more expensive than managed switches being in the exact same OEM housing makes this a poor deal.

Good 10GBASE-T RJ-45 Switch
I'm a RJ-45 guy and appreciate 8 10Gbps ports at a tolerable price. I have a short burst but otherwise low demand environment. Throughput near 10Gbps when needed -- as promised. No glitches. Can't hear it above the noise of server fans. Recommended.

Managed 10GBe switch for a good price
What more can I say, it's a managed 10GBe switch, it works it's got enough ports for a home lab use and plenty of space for the foreseeable future for a good price.
