Since almost everything on Amazon is bought from China I doubt that you will be able to find a 3.5"US measurement saw. You will have to go to another vendor, like a local hardware store or chain hardware store to locate an American made hole saw. You will end up paying 3 or 4 times more but if the size is critical then that is your best option.
