Great KVM switch with superb build quality, including the remote, which I surprisingly love. Switches in 1-2 seconds without device reconnection issues. Supports my ASUS desktop, Lenovo LEGION laptop, Dell desktop, ThinkPad, Raspberry Pi 5, and rotates Pi 4s, 3s, and Zeros. High-quality cables included. All three USB-A ports work, including with a 4-port USB 3 hub. Using a 7-port USB 3 powered hub for keyboards and mouse dongle with no issues. Logitech webcam switches flawlessly. Some ports used for USB-only devices (no video) work as expected for Pi status screens.

After cabling my home built Linux machines and a couple of MiniPCs I turned it on and everything. just. worked.I've had no problems switching - video, keyboard, and mouse all work.The remote is very handy.

Overall, this appears to be a fine device -- solid metal case, feels quite significant in hand, nothing apparently "cheap" about it. I see that it does not come with HDMI cables, but I would say this is a good thing since it allows you to use (or obtain) whatever length of cable you need rather than trying to pack in 10 cables that might be too long or too short for your needs.The only complaint I have is about the RS-232 port. The commands to switch to a different input are printed on the bottom of the unit, as well as included in the little instruction booklet. But other than the list of commands, no other information is included (such as baud rate, or anything else that might be useful).The worst part (and the reason I even bothered to write a review): the male Phoenix connector for the RS-232 port is NOT included. What the...? So, I was forced to buy a 5-pack of 3.5mm Phoenix connectors separately. While I'm waiting for those to be delivered, I found that three single DuPont connectors will get me by for now.The inconveniences with the RS-232 port make it a 3-star product for me, but I'm giving it 4 stars since most people probably won't care about the RS-232 feature, and because it's still a quality device overall.

I wanted this to work with my SteamDeck and Pc. I use it for wired Keyboard and Mouse, my Monitor already has its own switch I don't use it for that. Works fine takes maybe a second you'll hear the USB's connect to the pc you are using you know standard stuff. comes with the lil push switch that i stuck to my mouse bungie and yeah so far so good for the price .

Using this with a mac mini M2 and a Dell PC laptop with an ASUS PA279 monitor.Pushing the single button on this KVM to swap the monitor is better than using the buttons on the front of the monitor like i had been doing before, and has been working well, but I had no luck getting the keyboard or mouse to swap successfully even after trying different usb port combinations. Yes, I double checked that I had the KVM cables connected correctly, I was trying different usb ports directly on the computers, instead of going through a hub, like i normally have things connected, but it made no difference,Still this seems to be working reliably so far, just as an HDMI UHD display switch, and is better than what i was doing before. I had tried a brand name iogear KVM a while back that did not work reliably at all with the same computers, though I think it had full functionality one one computer at a time, it failed to make a successful switch live, with both computers on, so the reliable partial functionality with both computers on using this is an improvement and I am happy to continue using this KVM device even though only part of it works.
