As expected from a beverage focused on electrolytes, there’s a noticeable salty taste, but that comes with the territory. The sweetness still shines through, and I find it really refreshing — especially when it’s ice cold.Performance: I haven’t explored tons of alternatives, but compared to the few I’ve tried, Gatorlyte holds its own. It’s saltier than regular Gatorade but still sweet, and importantly, it’s low calorie — a big win for me. I didn’t even notice the lack of sugar thanks to the balanced flavor.Packaging and Convenience: The 20 oz bottle is a great size, easy to hold and carry around. This is great for rehydrating yourself if you’re an athlete or you work out! My son plays travel ball and can get dehydrated after all of those games. This saves us every time.

Love this stuff!! Great to stay hydrated and low in calories. Taste really good I liked the red one I think the best. I wasn’t sure if the variety pack but I like it.

The only sports drink the little athletes drink. We used to get the G2 but it is getting harder and harder to get. So we found this one. A good replacement and tastes good.
