Great shades and great customer service
Ordered 2 remote control shades. Very easy to install and they look great. Customer service contacted me immediately to ask if I mistakenly ordered 2 wifi hubs when I only needed one and credited me for the extra hub that I did not need. Shades look great, price is excellent and will definitely buy from them again for other rooms.

Great quality
They look great. A little more sheer than I had imagined but still look super high-quality. I'm really impressed. They function perfectly with the remote. I haven't connected them to Alexa yet.

Beautiful Shade
We ordered the electric Roman shade with a solar panel. It works perfectly and made our space look so much better. It blocks the harsh sun in the afternoon very well.

I loved them at first......
Let me start by saying I LOVE These blinds. The concept is great and the blinds are well made. They are custom made so the fit is perfect. I got blackout for the bedroom and 60% blackout for the den. I set up a schedule via the remote to close at 7:00 pm and open at 9:00. I loved that I didn't have to go around opening and closing blinds everyday. They worked great- until they didn't. After 3-4 months of working great, the schedule on the den ones randomly quit working. Sometimes one or both would open, sometimes none would. I just started doing it manually with the remote. Then the bedroom ones quit working consistently. I just used the remote for those.I finally took the time to reach out to Graywind for support. They called me almost immediately. In total, I spent probably an hour on the phone with support. They were very eager to solve my problem but the language barrier was a real problem. I struggled to understand her but we limped along. I told her I had ordered the zigbee hub to operate the blinds wirelessly initially but I could never get it to connect. That's when I finally gave up and scheduled it with the remote. She basically said don't mess with scheduling through the remote and didn't even attempt to address that. She tried to help me get the zigbee hub to work but had no luck. Ultimately, she told me I needed to order the latest Alexa device and use that to set up my schedule. I asked could she not replace the hub since I had paid for it. She said no, but she would refund that amount, which she did very promptly. I ordered the latest Alexa device, connected one blind but when I connected the second one, it dropped the first one. Went back and forth with this a few times til I said screw it and just operated them manually.Then this past weekend, I finally sat down to re-program the remote schedule for the bedroom blinds. One of them set up just fine. For the second one, which had quit working altogether via remote manually, I re-paired the remote and reset the blind with 16s button hold trying to get it to work. It finally began moving again but all it will do is go all the way down and immediately right back up. It's like it doesn't even see the remote when I try to stop or pause it. I tried re-programming the direction but same thing.Then I came in last night and the second one that had been working via remote schedule didn't work again.I am at my wits end with these things. I really love the blinds themselves but I'm so frustrated with the fact they don't operate as advertised and paid for.***I have reached out via two different message to graywind but haven't heard back yet. I will try calling today. The website says there is a 2 year warranty so I will see what happens next.

Great Shades
These shades are great! We've had so many problems with budget blinds shades which are loud and have issues with the hubs. The Graywind shades are quiet and great with the hub to use with the app. My only issue is that it's lacking in provided instructions for adjustments and not easy to find support on their website. Install was easy and the prices are reasonable!

Zoe was Extremely helpful trying to solve the problem.
The problem was, they were new at making the Roman shades. I am impressed how well they took care of us, the customer and would definitely purchase from them again as we are doing new custom construction home. Please remember they will stretch out a bit like an eighth of an inch as they hang for a few weeks.

Midnight isn’t black
Well, unfortunately, midnight isn’t as dark as it appears. It’s nowhere close to midnight. It’s more like London fog. It’s gray, almost silver and of course, these are non-refundable which really sucks because gray does not go with my black and gold aesthetic. Really bummed. Maybe just give accurate color names instead of fancy wishy-washy ones if the product is not returnable and it is a home decor item?
