They are ok
They are ok. I just find out in a diabetic and wanted to get a multivitamin that don’t spike my blood sugar. This one’s seam to help, they do have a strong smell as cough medicine that’s my opinion. But they don’t taste bad. They are ok, quick shipment

Spiked blood sugar but great customer service
Tasty at first then leaves medicine taste in your mouth- not awful though.Biggest issue was it spiked blood sugar levels which defeats the purpose. Customer service was very accommodating to refund our purchase.
