First of all it works. Next water tastes good like perfect mineral water. Installation was free and timely. Great follow up from company even at our town level. And product looks good and quality is good, got it at its best price during sale.Installation guys was very friendly and explained about complete details about product and working and filter change...

I purchased this under sink water filter couple of months ago and so far it is working so well, we did PPM test all days so far and quality of water is so good. And there is no noise and as it is installed under sink, we save space and mostly we never feel it's presence as there is no noise. Water flow is good as well. No complaints so far and we are very happy with product

One of the worst services I have ever encountered.They don't have anyone who talks on behalf of the company. Only through whatsapp messages.The product turned out to be faulty and started giving smelly water just after 3 months. On contacting their service centre number we got to know that they only respond to whatsapp messages (that too at their own convenience).They refused to talk and also charged us 600 despite the product under warranty. We went ahead with it and paid them but the RO started giving smelly water again the next day. We have been trying to gain access to their service team since then.Still no response.It's been an absolute nightmare.

A great buy.I brought this under counter RO and am very happy with the product. Hardly makes any sound and being under counter, doesn't eat up space in the kitchen, visibly.I liked the overall product quality.The installation was prompt and very well done. The person handling the installation was really very helpful.
