Definitely makes me go to the bathroom 💩 I usually take this at night since during the day I’m busy but you will wake up by the cramps and the rest is easy 😅 nor nor taking 30 min to an 1 in the bathroom definitely recommend for anyone who struggles just remember to drink lots of water and I’ve definitely lost some weight with this. 👍🏻
